Had my 2019 Ford Flex Key fob reprogramed. Works like a charm. Ronald did a great job!! Ask for him, he will take great care of You! Very cost efficient instead of what the dealership wanted to charge. Key fob was purchased off Amazon. Even had some home keys made.

Ron and his staff helped me with my 2016 ford fusion keys a few weeks ago. Very professional and attentive. I’ve recommended him to my family and friends and all have had the same experience. Lifetime customer here.

I called several locksmith companies to try and get help for a lock on my motorcycle pannier. The key would only go half way in and I had stuff locked in the bag that I needed to get out. Arrow was the first place that told me they would be happy to take a look at it if I brought it in. They managed to get my bag open, and figure out that the problem was not the lock, but the bag. I have since put in for a replacement from the manufactorer as the bag and bike were less than a week old! I really appreciate the time and effort they put in to figure out the situation. I highly recommend Arrow Key Service for any locksmithing needs!

Awesome experience coming to Arrow Key Service!! Ron and his staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really saved the day for me after I accidentally broke my only car key in half. Ron was able to make me 2 new keys for my Pontiac that very day, for a very good price!

I didn't purchase a service but the guy there tried to program my key for free via button sequence but it failed.. On the other hand he was super nice and offered me a price cheaper than ANYONE IN SAN ANTONIO, so I will be going back with an OEM key to get the work done :) $95 to cut and program keys if you BYO

Excellent service! Changed my old key mechanism to the new gate, no easy task I must say, since gate didn’t even have a lock box . Above and beyond customer service at a fair price. Highly recommend!!!

This is a really good locksmith. He is really good and professional, and he is the by far the most reasonable and least expensive... I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Although the service was fast, while attempting to open my door the technician Francisco’s rod slipped and hit my windshield. I know he realized he cracked hit when he inspected the window closer but didn’t let me know. I noticed after he had left and called in to report the incident. I was asked to send in pictures and I would get a call back. After 4 business days I called back to follow up and was told I need to speak with the technician before they can make a determination. I called the technician and he did not answer and still to this day never called back. When I spoke with the manager again he told me he would talk to him and call back. Never did. Now I have to pay for my windshield repair on top of the money I have for the service.

THE SERVICE REQUESTED WAS TO GET A KEY MADE FOR MY 2013 CHEVY SONIC LT WHEN I CALLED AND I ALREADY HAD THE KEY BUT JUST NEEDED TO GET IT CUT. SO THEY CUT MY KEY PRETTY QUICK AND PROGRAMMING WAS SO EASY TO DO AND HE CAME OUTSIDE AND DID IT FOR ME. THE VALUE IS ALSO WELL WORTH IT BECAUSE A REGULAR LOCKSMITH WILL CHARGE YOU A LOT MORE EVEN JUST TO DRIVE TO YOU WAS LIKE 40-60 DOLLARS. I ONLY GOT CHARE 45 BUCKS WITCH WAS FANTASTIC. I'M GLAD AFTER CALLING MULTIPLE PLACES THE DAY BEFORE AND THE DAY OF THE SERVICE SOMEONE RECOMMEND ARROW KEY SERVICE. I'M GLAD THEY DID AND NOW I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO PEOPLE I KNOW TO.

I wish I had left this review sooner, just forgot to. Sometimes we forget to leave reviews for businesses that go above and beyond, this place is that in my book. Went there because I needed a lost key replaced for a lockbox, this place not only did it at a great price, they even let me try it out, and bring it back before I paid for it. I feel most other shops would have not bothered, or overcharged me, they did neither. I will bring every bit of key business I have to them from here on out for that, thank you again!

I needed some mailbox keys for my condo. I checked on Google and Arrow Key Service was not too far from where I live.
I drove over there, was welcomed at the door, told the lady what I needed and she proceeded to make me two new keys. I asked for a receipt in case the keys did not work. She printed me out a receipt, I paid and I was on my way.
I got home, tried out the keys and both of them worked great.
Thank you so much and Arrow Key Service will be my go to place now for all my keys.

redemption pool service took care of me when I was in a pinch. My heater wasn’t working on my pool and I had tenants coming to stay at my B&B. They were able to fix it before my tenants got here and saved me some rather embarrassing hosting. I want to say thank you and Evan a freaking genius!!!

I found this company online so I wanted to give them a try. Tammy was very helpful and nice very convenient made herself available for any questions that I had the owner Eric very down to Earth very nice person and the technician. Evan did a great job and explained everything very well. Great company. They did a great job. Thank you.

Highly recommend! Great company this is my second pool repair company and they far surpassed my expectations and did a wonderful job especially compared to the first company I worked with. Customer service was excellent and they update up every step of the way with emails, videos, texts and pictures. Top notch company! Will definitely be using them in the future if needed.

Truly an honest and trustworthy group of individuals. Eric and his team have been servicing/repairing our pool this year and their work has been amazing. They will not try and “poke your eyes out” with repairs or parts that are not needed. They have always shown up on time, been respectful and performed quality work at reasonable prices.
