Not recommended.
Did a terrible job with our QuartzScape application, not acid washed properly, I was told. Had to bring in another company to make it look better. Redemption pools paid for it. When faced with this issue the owner Eric Duckett did not attempt to fix the concern instead he had a meltdown/temper tantrum and walked away. 🚩

Fiancé had been calling around to local companies and was not getting any support for her questions. This is our first time owning a pool and we just need somebody who knows what they are doing. Not make us feel like we are stupid.

Great and efficient services with effective results. We had a hard scale that basically cemented to our liner, like rock. They were able to break it up with a chemical treatment, a special water movement method that kept the water circulating without using our pump, and the scale dissolved. They vacuumed it, cleaned it, and the water is crystal clear and the liner is still beautiful. We are very happy with their services. Highly recommended.

Redemption pool services got my pool lights back in working order quickly!! Super professional, on-time, and efficient! The technician showed me the issue, detailed the process how he was going fix the issue and replace the light fixture and gave me a tutorial on how to resync and troubleshoot my lights.
