Prior to calling Redemption Pool Services I wasted money using a different company. Don’t do what I did, call redemption pool services first. The technician came out and took his time looking at the entire pool. The walls of the pool, the floor around the pool, the in ground skimmer, and the pump. He repaired a few things and the next day I received a follow-up call. Going on two weeks no signs of a leak.

The customer service that I have experienced is unmatched by anyone else in town. Consistently there for me when I had any questions and respectful of MY schedule! Also, important to note that they went above my expectations (which are very high) and even identified things that were not in the scope of work that other companies failed to complete properly. To me, they just seem like they care about my pool system as much as I do and are focused holistically and the second and third order effects of every decision. Very much unexpected from a fortune 500 company, let alone a pool company. Lastly, they were upfront and honest about ALL the expenses, left nothing un-discussed or unaccounted for, most certainly I got what I paid for and then some. I think their difference from others is their experience, your not paying money for them to learn and troubleshoot.I won't be having anyone else work on my pool from now on.

Redemption pool services replastered and repaired my spa. They provided great communication at every point during the process. The work was done on time and everyone involved was very professional. The spa looks like new! They did a wonderful job of matching the color of the spa with the pool.

Recently Evan came to install my new Aquastrong Variable Speed Pool Pump & my new Sand Filter with glass media. I had bought these myself & Redemption Pools was contracted for the installation. I was so very impressed by the quality job they did! Evan arrived early and went to work to prepare the area.
He worked diligently the whole day to install everything and after went to great lengths to ensure things were working properly & the wifi/app was configured correctly. For me it was such a smooth process as he walked me through setting up the app. He helped me set timing schedules that would be most energy efficient yet optimal for the proper flow of my pool. He also showed me how to use and operate my new sand filter. Days later he followed up with me to ensure everything was working fine! The knowledge and expertise he had in all things pool related shown through immensely and that entire experience convinced me to switch pool service company's to Redemption Pools! It makes a huge difference when the folks taking care of your pool care about the equipment and the quality of work as much as the home owner. The Redemption team quickly identified the problem we had with our hot tub, ordered the new part and installed it. They were very responsive and professional and we'd gladly use them again if we have additional problems.

Eric and his team came recommended to us by our original pool builder when we were left in a nightmarish pool remodel situation by a separate remodeler. The pool builder didn’t have the manpower capacity to take on our busted remodel but they told us Eric and his team had helped others in our situation- they were right! Eric was a breath of fresh air; he was willing to tackle our job despite many unknowns. In just a weekend our neglected green pool was sparkling again (see before/after pics) and in the following weeks he and his team fixed leaks, rebuilt water features, and tied up complex loose ends which had been left by the original remodeler. Our hope in pool contractors was restored by his enthusiasm and can-do attitude. Eric is excellent at maintaining communication and was very honest about the costs and possible unknowns that we might encounter. (This is huge when your previous remodeler ignored you and your pool for months on end). The best part was that our kids didn’t have to spend yet another summer with an unusable pool. Working with Eric and his team literally took 2 years of frustration off our shoulders!

Entire crew was awesome! The Owner was extremely responsive. His staff was very thorough and professional. They tested for a leak and found a pretty bad one at one of the skimmmers. After discussion with the owner and onsite technician, I decided to see if a patch would hold until next spring since the pool season is bacically over. Unfortunately, the patch wouldn't hold so we decided we would need to replace the skimmer. They reseached and found an exact match for a replacement so it would fit the pool skimmer window and then had a professional mason remove and replace the skimmer. Total professional job and even cleaned up all the debris and swept down the work area. Will defantly use this company again. I am considering their offer as a pool cleaning service for next season.
