This company "gets it"!
Called for an estimate and the very next day a professional representative, Preston (owner/manager), arrived on time and walked our job with us. We had several trees to remove and one to shape. He took the time to understand what we wanted to accomplish, he took several pictures and we received a very competitive price. After getting a couple more estimates we booked with Action Tree. The work crew showed up on time, the lead walked the job with me, and they were very meticulous about the project and worked with me to open up the view in our yard without taking out unnecessary trees. They were hard working, professional and conscientious about cleaning up the job site. This was a a big job and they handled it just as I had hoped! We've used other tree companies in the past but this experience will put Action Tree at the top of our list in the future! Great job, guys!

I’m not surprised by all of the great reviews for Action Tree. Tony and his crew were fast and professional. I had 2 oak trees very close together and it was starting to become an issue. Tony gave me his advice based on his professional experience and let me make the decision. I ended up having one tree removed and the other trimmed up nicely. I will definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family.

Great work done by a good group of guys. My yard is pretty small and only has two trees. Action Tree service cut some corners to swing by when they were servicing larger properties in the area to take care of us. Very flexible. Great work. Done in about 30 minutes. Would definitely call them again.

The work itself was fine. It was a quick, easy job. The communication and professionalism however was not. Rescheduled the initial appointment followed by being over 30 minutes late to the next. Tried presenting payment at the end of the job. Someone followed up the following day and was rude on the phone asking about the invoice and proceeded to hang up. Being that I am a news anchor and reporter, it’s not the type of business I would recommend to anyone or suggest to the community. I wish I would given my business to someone else.

After the phone call, they were here in just a few hours. He evaluated the problem very quick and gave me reasonable quote. I would highly recommend Action Tree Service!

I have used Action Tree multiple times for a variety of work. Quick, professional, cleaned up everything, trees look great. They didn’t just cut off a bunch of limbs, they helped me make sure what I wanted them to do was also healthy for the trees. Worth the cost.

Great experience working with Action Tree Service! We had a very large fig tree we wanted removed. We called a couple of companies who gave us estimates after a few days of the initial call. I reached out to Action Tree Service online one evening and the very next morning I received a call from Marcus. He was able to come to the house and give an estimate the same day. The estimate for the tree removal and stump grinding was extremely reasonable, and they were able to remove the tree on our preferred date. They came to our house while we were at work, and when we came home, it was as if the tree was never there. Clean up was great and they even gladly removed some additional brush we had in our yard that I asked if they could do at the last minute. Marcus was even able to give us a recommendation for a tree planting company as we were also looking to get another tree planted. I can't speak highly enough about action tree service. Great communication and customer service, respectful, knowledgable, reasonably priced, prompt, efficient, and very professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking tree services!!

Very professional from top to bottom, office staff was very attentive and scheduled my estimate and work to my satisfaction and kept me appraised if there would be any changes. The estimator walked through the yard with me taking video of everything I pointed out and then he pointed out suggestions that really did help enhance the beauty of the trees. When the crew got here, they made sure that the set up location was okay with me, wanted to make sure that they knew where everything underground was so they did not break any sprinklers or anything else that was sensitive in the area. Then commence to work and did a very professional job, clean up was outstanding a lot better than I could have imagined.

Action Tree Service showed up on time. Their five person team was very professional and did an amazing job. I had 15 large Black Jack trees that needed trimming and pruning and they knocked it out the park. I have had several neighbors compliment on how good the trees now look. I highly recommend Action Tree Service to anyone who requires the services they offer. They are extremely customer service oriented.

This is the second time we used this service and both times Rudy and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up on time trimmed the trees and cleaned up the yard and had us check the job to insure we were satisfied. I will continue to use Action Tree Service in the future

I had some pretty severe issues with trees and our roof. I selected Action Tree Service because of positive reviews, and I wasn't disappointed. It was a five-star experience from start to finish. The estimator Marcus looked at the entire property and presented me with a plan that I thought was very thorough, with a very reasonable price. Anthony and his crew arrived a couple of days later and took care of everything. The amazing thing was that when they left, all the trees were trimmed, and clean-up was so complete that you couldn't tell they had even been there. Amazing.

We had Action Tree Service out to remove 4 trees from our yard, three were just taller than our garage roof peak, the other about 5 foot taller. It took a while to get on their schedule with coordinating when we were available, but they did a great job and did not leave any trace of the trees behind. Of three bids we got they were much more reasonably priced than the other two.

Action Tree took down a huge tree in a courtyard for us at Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. They were very responsive to our request, quickly came out to provide a very reasonable bid, and scheduled us very shortly after we agreed on the quote. their work was VERY quick and they left no trace of tree behind with an excellent cleanup of the job site. I would recommend them 100% for any tree needs.

I have used Action Tree Service for many, many years and they are the best! I can count on them to get the tree jobs done and the yard is left very, very clean. No debris left behind. Action Tree Service is a professional and dependable company. Rob examined the trees and patiently answered my many questions. He gave his professional advice on the treatment and care of our trees. The office is also very helpful, polite and friendly. I They did a great job trimming and cutting down a trees. The job was finished quickly and they cleaned up all branches and raked the areas where they cut and trimmed. Action Tree Service is a professional company and very knowledgeable as Arborists. Theybare bonded and insured as well

Great company! Prompt, professional, polite, and did an outstanding job. Final cleanup was immaculate. You’d never know they’d been there aside from the beautiful trees. I’d recommend Action Tree to anyone. They even brought up my trash bin from the street! And my neighbor’s bins too! Class act

This is a very professional and friendly company. My encounter with customer service to make the appointment was pleasant. I was actually able to speak with a person right away. Some other companies I called I got voice mail but their mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message. The arborist was on time to look at the trees I needed serviced. The workers were here early because they had a cancellation but they did call first to let me know. They were extremely fast and they did great work. They were patient and answered all of my questions. They just had an all around pleasant disposition. The whole experience with Action Tree Service was great and I would recommend them to my friends.

Friendly and fast service with reasonable pricing. Did a great job of trimming and cleanup of yard. Would give 5 stars if crew didn't leave water bottles on my roof and missed some dead limbs in tree in front yard.

OUTSTANDING! In the past 12 years we have tried multiple tree trimming / arborist companies. Until now they have all been disasters; Action Tree Service is the real deal. They are professional and knowledgeable. We will never use anyone else, and neither should you. For the first time ever, my wife was not in tears after an arbor / tree trimming service butchered our trees. They cleaned up all the debris and were responsive to our concerns and needs. 5-Stars to Tony and his crew.

Just had 5 trees and six large piles of branches removed. One large tree was hanging over my house. Tree was removed with no damage to my roof. Action Tree Service did a great job cleaning up my property. The price was great. I finally found a dependable tree company.
