Action Tree Service was great and the price was more than fair. Unfortunately I can’t remember the names of everyone I talked to but from the person who came out and gave me the estimate to the person I spoke to in their office to make payment to Tony and his crew who came out and did the trimming…everyone was just extremely kind and easy to work with. On top of that, they did a great job and my trees look great! This is my second time using Action Tree Service and won’t be my last!

We have worked with Action Tree Service three times now and they are fantastic. My neighbors use them too. They trim the four trees on our property and do a beautiful job. They use proper procedures for sealing exposed branches. I've always paid a fair price and all of the employees are professional, knowledgeable, and clean up after themselves. I love that they haul away all the cuttings. Hope to be working with Action Tree for years to come.

Got an estimate which was very detailed. He even videotaped the work that we agreed needed to be done. After getting other estimates, Action Tree had the best value. I then accepted the bid they had given me and within a week we had scheduled a date and time. A rainy day caused a reschedule, but it was only a couple of days later to let the ground dry out. The crew showed up and said that they had reviewed the video, but also wanted me to verify the work to be done. 3 guys took care of about 10 trees and a couple of piles of brush in about 4 hours. They had a chipper that discharged into the back of their truck. Took all the debris with them. Sent me an invoice through email. Very professional. Highly recommend!!!

Rudy and his crew did an outstanding job. They showed up on time and quickly got to work trimming my trees. They cleaned up all debris as well. Would definitely be using Action Tree Service again and would encourage others to give them a call for a quote.

Action Tree Service is wonderful.
I have used them twice for fairly large shrub/tree trimming and removal. The crew is very professional and make sure everything is to your satisfaction when job is done (before leaving). Also, you would never even know they were here except for beautifully manicured trees. They clean up all debris! I would highly recommend this company.

Top notch service across the board. Everyone involved -- office team, estimator, and arborists -- were exceptionally friendly and professional. We had a bit of an urgent project and Tony's crew went above and beyond, leaving our place spotless. Great value as well. Wouldn't hesitate hiring them again.

The guy who came out to do the assessment and estimate was knowledgeable, friendly, and on time! The office staff was very friendly and helpful! The trimming crew was early and set up quickly. They had all 5 of my very large Live Oak trees trimmed and the yard cleaned up in under 4 hours.
I highly recommend them!

I was very happy with Action Tree Service. Preston came out ahead and evaluated the job and explained very clearly all that was needed. He returned with his crew and they did a great job on my Mountain Laurel. Came right on time and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend them.

Action Tree Service has provided excellent services to us twice. They responded next-day for the estimate both times and fit us in the next day on or second job. Preston provided fair estimates, he is very professional and provides alternatives to saving the tree. Jose was the crew leader on both jobs and he was very good at his job. He would call me if he had a specific question during the job, he kept his crew moving around, if they finished cutting he immediately had them start cleanup. The tree trimmer with the chainsaw was a sight to see, the way they tether branches before they cut is amazing. They did an excellent job on both jobs! In fact I am calling them Monday for another project! I HIGHLY recommend Action Tree Service.

I've used Action Tree Service twice concerning 40' palms in front yard. Trimming service was excellent. They were on-time, fast, professional, safe, and courteous. The same for the removal of the palms due the freeze last winter. Originally it was quoted for a two day job ended up taking just a few hours. As a current remote worker, they were considerate of that fact. They were consistent with their on-time arrival, professionalism, and provided a walk around of their work to ensure satisfaction. That proves to me that they stand by their work! I wouldn't consider their pricing as just competitive, but SUPERIOR compared to the other quotes I received for the same job.

Scheduling with Dawn was easy and her communications concerning the job were outstanding. She absolutely provided the very best customer service concerning billing questions, scheduling, and willingness to work with my HOA if additional issues arose concerning the dead palms.

Ultimately, they have exceeded my expectations and I won't use any other company for tree maintenance other than them. They've definitely earned my loyalty as a customer. Fantastic job!

I researched 3 tree trimming companies and Action Tree Service blew the other 2 away. Preston (owner) was extremely responsive and flexible with my schedule to come by to provide a thorough quote. He didn't rush the estimate process and took extra time to survey the large cedar elm that needed a great deal of TLC. He took videos, photos, and notes to share with his Team not even knowing at the time whether I would select his company. I DID because of his professionalism, genuine care, and flexibility to work with me on investment and scheduling.
The Team arrived on time and were extremely professional and customer focused. The Lead explained their approach and process for the 3.5 hour job and welcomed me to ask questions/provide input at any time. I watched them work so seamlessly and diligently. No shortcuts were taken. No rushing occurred. Each Team member was focused on doing their very best work. Preston (owner) even took time out of his busy schedule to stop by close to the end of the job to check in on the progress and my satisfaction. I was so grateful for his genuine care. My next door neighbor was so impressed with the Team and their work that he came out to request work on his property. Preston and the Team took the time to fulfill his request on the spot after my job was successfully complete. Well done Action Tree Service! I am so grateful that I found you all.

I used the services of this company earlier this year. The windstorm that occurred after the snowstorm in February caused a tree in my backyard to fall over on the cable/phone lines. I called a few companies to get quotes to remove this tree ASAP, but no one called me back! I told a group of my co-workers what was happening and one of them recommended Action Tree Service. I immediately called them for a quote.
Donna was very helpful and communicated when she said she would. I sent her pictures of the tree and she responded with a price I thought was reasonable. She was able to schedule the removal that same day!
I was relieved and happy to get it taken care of. The crew arrived when she said they would. They removed and cut down the tree in about 15-20 minutes without any damage to my or my neighbor's property. The crew arrived with a chipper so I didn't have to worry about cleanup either. I am amazed at how fast and efficient the crew worked.
I am absolutely pleased with this company. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs tree removal services. I will definitely use their services again should I need it.

We had a leaning tree in our front yard. The company sent out Rudy to give us a free estimate. He was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. He gave me alot of useful information to take care of the tree. Even though they couldn't do the service the tree needed He explained to me all that needs done. I would recommend this company for their honesty, integrity, and helpfulness.

Rob McCauley provided outstanding customer service! He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous & ensured everything was perfect. He went above & beyond in every way. We have used a few tree trimming companies to take care of our yard in Hollywood Park over the years. Action Tree Service was by far the best! The crew did an awesome job! Our trees have never looked better. Very fast, knowledgeable, and price was appropriate for the service! Very glad we finally found a company that we can continue use in the future!

I am 100% satisfied with this company and the work/service they provided for me. From the first phone call I made to them to request an estimate,to the gentleman who came and provided the estimate including options which allowed me to save money, to the 4 man crew supervised by Tony,everyone was outstanding. They were all friendly,professional,knowledgeable and customer service oriented! Everyone was on time for their appointments, in fact,the crew was early and completed the job very quickly and it was a very big tree with obstacles(another tree,fence,neighbors roof and yard)they were completely careful and considerate of.
I intend to have more work in the future, and I was so impressed by these folks, I don’t feel the need to call anybody but them to come back. I highly recommend this company to everyone! They
also hauled everything away and their cleanup was also fantastic!

I just had my second amazing experience with Action Tree Service. This company is responsive and extremely professional, from the estimate stage though completion. Preston provided a prompt estimate of my project and the price was very reasonable. He spent time with me examining trees and providing sound advice. I can’t say enough about the crew of five guys that did the job. They were so kind, friendly and efficient and they did an incredible job. They were so neat and left my home in impeccable order. There was no debris, limbs or shavings left behind. Action will be my go-to for any tree service. Well done!

Out of 3 bids, they were the least expensive. They accomplished the scope of work in great time, Rob arrived at the appointment of estimate and their work crew arrived when they said they would. I would recommend their company!

Only criticism I have is the website states having an arborist on staff, but don't name him and the company doesn't show up in the SA arborists member directory.

We have used Action Tree man times either to trim branches or remove trees. Every time we are totally satisfied. They leave no debris .
Office personal are so obliging and helpful. Their prices are very reasonable. Will continue to use them and recommend to anyone who has tree needs.

I've used Action on two different occasions. One for a medium sized tree and one for a large tree. The service was fantastic. Great communication, quick and friendly. Action would definitely be my first choice if I needed this service again.
