We’ve used SATS for years and they always provide good service at a fair price. Most recently during a tree removal their crew damaged our irrigation system accidentally. SATS was very professional in handling the complication quickly, sending out an irrigation specialist and covering the impact of the resulting leak on our water bill. We appreciate their integrity and professionalism and will continue to use and recommend them.

Professional service provided. It was a big job and it was performed to specs. Great Customer Service, response time and execution. Slight glitch on pricing vs job but all was resolved very well in the end. I highly recommend them

Andrew And Rogelio planted a beautiful southern magnolia in our yard. The office was always quick to respond with emails and calls. The guys were really informative and worked hard in the cold. If anyone needs a tree planted in San Antonio, I’ll recommend San Antonio Tree Surgeons

We saw this company on the BBB website. Sean came by to see what we wanted trimmed. He listened to our concerns and made recommendations. We received a paper quote the same day. Within a week, a crew of 7 showed up to trim all the dead limbs from our 13 oak trees and also to cut down a dead mesquite to the ground. The team crew were experienced and very thorough during cleanup. They got this all done under three hours!! Highly recommend this company and crew.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tree Surgeons have provided wonderful service 2 times so far. The first was an emergency of broken limbs and a dead tree trunk wedged between houses which they took care of the same week. The second was raising the canopy of four 70 year old Pecan and Live Oak trees that were encroaching on us and both neighbors. We are all very happy with the results. We think the prices were reasonable for the risk and gymnastics required to scale and work in trees 30 foot tall or more to keep our leafy protectors healthy and happy.

Absolute best service ever. I would call these guys again, even if I didn’t have trees! Lol! The arborist that came by gave us honest, concise professional information, and his honest opinion. He got right to the root of our problems…which, strangely enough, were actual roots. They gave us advice for a future care and recommended future services without being pushy at all. Their approach to customer service is more like “you’re an adult and you know you need the services. Let me give you the information that’s important to you so you can make an informed decision on your own“ instead of upselling like some companies. Love love LOVE SA Tree Surgeons! I give them 10 out of 10, 2 green thumbs up and 3 out of 3 squirrels!

I have been very pleased with San Antonio Tree Surgeons as to their prompt response from the Arborist to scheduling and the removal/cleanup of my huge Red Oak tree. Priscilla came out quickly and knew exactly what the problem was, recommending removal which was what I was thinking. Her quote, the written estimate and billing were all same. She and all the staff and workers were very proficient, professional and polite The tree crew told me to expect 3 hours, and it was right at that timeframe. They were professional, skilled, dropping the limbs at the base of the tree. The supervisor was very helpful as well. They cleaned up the entire area, from tree limbs o raking small roofs and leaves from the area. They cut the tree as close to the ground as they could. Definitely on my contact list for future tree service.

This company was excellent and would recommend their services to everyone. Trimmers cam out when scheduled, worked well as a team and cleaned up everything. Had some old stumps removed as well and they scheduled the following day. Stump removal was just as good as trimmers.

I contracted San Antonio Tree Surgeons to remove a Giant Sycamore and to Full Prune a Large Oak Tree. I was a little skeptical that the job would be completed in one day when the crew showed up at 10:30 AM. The eight man crew immediately got to work and by 6:00 PM the job was completed and everything was cleaned up. They worked together like a well oiled team. The Sycamore was located near the house and deck and because of the tree climber's expert knowledge and care nothing was damaged. Everyone was friendly and came prepared to work. I highly recommend San Antonio Tree Surgeons.
I plan to have them grind the stump at a later date.

My initial consultation was with Mr. Paul, an arborist, who conducted a thorough site assessment, provided a comprehensive estimate that I found reasonable, and addressed all my numerous inquiries. The removal team exhibited a high degree of expertise, successfully completing the tree removal without incident and conducting a thorough cleanup afterward. Additionally, I engaged the services of the San Antonio Tree Surgeons’ staff to remove the stump, during which the worker explained the process in detail. The office personnel responsible for scheduling both the removal and stump grinding were courteous and professional. It is of utmost importance to me that companies offer a comprehensive service package covering all essential aspects. I highly recommend the San Antonio Tree Surgeons.

Contacted San Antonio Tree Surgeons for a quote to remove a tree. Priscilla came out the next day for an assessment. While looking at the trees, she offered a lot of good ideas, recommendations, and best practices.

Scheduled the job the following week. Crew arrived as scheduled and quickly got to work. They worked great together and had a great system. Within minutes, the tree was cut down to the stump so I can have it grinded at a later date. They also cut a limb from another tree.

Office staff was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Tree crew was very professional and skilled.

We are so pleased with our service. The arborist was extremely knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with the finally trimming my legacy oak. I received the quote on Monday and they out me on the schedule the same week! We very much appreciate the fair price for the good work.

I had San Antonio Tree Surgeons out to take care of a dead Hackberry tree in my back yard and struggling waxleaf ligustrum in my front yard. Both have struggled since "snowmageddon" and the drought the last few years, so it was time to take them out. The Hackberry had to go, but the waxleaf is getting a second chance. The team showed up on time, with a big grew of 7 guys we quickly made took down the Hackberry and fed it into the wood chipper. They were done and gone in about 30 minutes.

After consulting with 4 different arborist/tree companies, I decided to go with SA tree surgeons and I am very happy with my choice! They were quick with customer service, sending out an arborist the same day I called for a consult/estimate, and their pricing was very competitive. 4 days later they were here to service 2 of my large backyard trees and lift the street canopies of my front trees. They did not disappoint! They took great care with all the trees, we’re considerate of my property, and did went above and beyond for the cleanup! The guys were even nice enough to neatly cut/stack the larger pieces for me to save for firewood. I will definitely be hiring again for more tree services! Thank you!

I needed my trees trimmed when my insurance dropped me because my trees were overhanging too close to my roof. Scott came out the next day, walking the grounds with me, Well, answering every question, and provided a quote the same day. next day. Scott and his crew were excellent in every way. We had a lot of questions about a lot of additional trees, and Scott was able to answer every question. The crew went above and beyond what I had expected. The trees look great, the grounds were clean when they left and the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them if you need any tree trimming done on your property.

This company did an amazing job from start to finish. Getting a quote was a smooth process and we were given a ton of usual information and options and they worked with us to provide good options on a budget. The team, Hugo, Alonso, and Ronnie were incredible. They did everything with a great attitude and we are very happy with the work they completed. For any future work, mission city will be getting the call.

2025 Update - Just used this company again. Maurizio, Ronny, Edgar, Lorenzo, and Carlos were outstanding. They made sure they did all we asked, checked in regularly to ensure I was happy with the various trim heights, and were very fast!

Mission City Arbor Group is my go to tree service company. I have used them numerous times with excellent results. The last service was completed on Friday, July 25. Thanks to Alberto, Lorenzo, and Fernando for their precision tree trimming skills and clean up afterwards.
