Action Tree Service did a great job of taking down a large red oak tree and grinding the stump down below ground level. The crew really knew what they were doing in lowering limbs and swinging them to avoid damage to building or landscape. They did this in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them to anyone. Fred

Action Tree Service came to my property in June and did an excellent job. Their quote was competitive and the qualty of the work was excellent. They cleaned up everything and left my two trees in excellent condition. I would use them again. I should also note they have a very good online system for payment, and that is a convenience to me as a customer.

The San Antonio Tree Surgeons team is truly wonderful, responsive, and professional. We have hired them twice already to trim our 40 live oak and cedar elm trees, and they have done a fantastic job each time. Delighted with these initial experiences, we hired them to install two crape myrtles in our backyard. Paul, the arborist, was there to answer our questions during the first visit and advise us regarding the planting season. Anna also did a wonderful job finding the best trees for us, and the entire crew worked hard to install our two beautiful trees, which exceeded our expectations! Throughout the process, communication was excellent, as Anna regularly kept me informed about the tree search, and Paul provided me with the best advice on tree care. We will definitely hire San Antonio Tree Surgeons again for any kind of tree-related work and have already recommended them to many of our neighbors. Definitely hire!!! They were quick to respond with someone picking up the phone. They came out immediately to survey the project and gave me an estimate. The crew was out the next day and the job was done in under 24 hours. Amazing!!!! We've used San Antonio Tree Surgeons in the past, and we will be using them again.

Be very cautious with this company. I had a tree trimmed and they damaged my gutter as well as my front gate. They also used my ladder and step stool to complete their work. I only found out about the damage when I came home because they completed the work while I was at work myself No phone call or message to advise me of it. I called to report the damage and the office worker seemed to care less about issue and most about let me know the worker might have missed the fact they damaged my property which would be weird because they were using the front gate the whole time. Finally got a call from the arborist to talk about damage and how they would resolve it. They did credit me for the damage. I was told I would get a call from the owner but never got it.

We had a great experience working with SA tree surgeons. They addressed all my concerns, and after seeing the job finished, I saw nothing but awesome cuts. This red oak tree has never looked better.

We have a 30 something year old oak tree that needed some kind of help! Called for an arborist they came out right away. Found out our tree was very healthy and just needed to be cleaned up. Great experience overall, took less than a week from reaching out for a quote to the tree actually being pruned. They even took care of my neighbor's tree for a small extra fee when they came out and saw work being done in my yard. We both are also very happy and impressed with the work. Very reasonable price, definitely would recommend.

I hired San Antonio Tree Surgeons when I noticed black spots on the leaves of my live oak trees. They quickly identified the issue and started treatment. Now our trees are healthy and strong, even thriving despite the ongoing lack of rain. Highly recommend them for professional and effective tree care!

I called two other companies before calling San Antonio Tree Surgeons - the first berated me for wanting it done soon, and the second didn’t answer and then sent me a text informing me that it would be a $150 consult fee to look at the job.

Priscilla from San Antonio Tree Surgeons answered the phone, was extremely polite from the get go, and also was genuinely interested in seeing the project.

She came out quick for the estimate and gave me the bid on site. The price was more than fair, they showed up exactly as scheduled, Priscilla herself walked the team through the job before they started, and everything was executed exactly as discussed.

This really was one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had hiring someone to do work for me. If every company operated like them, I would be much less willing to do things myself.

I can’t recommend them enough!

Oh, and all of this was the week before Christmas!

Third time I used them. Sean gives me options when he looks at the property and then gets back with the estimate. The crew arrives on time and ready to work. They finished early today and left the site clean. I had 4 trees removed and about a 70 foot rree line cleaned of dead wood. Had 4 stumps ground out.

Started using this company a few years back to do tree trimming at my home. Awesome! Work great workers. Great price telling all my neighbors about them and I've seen other tree companies and what they charge and whoa 😮😄
