Unreliable and incompetent. I scheduled an appointment for an in home quote. The next day, the day prior to the appointment, I received a voicemail stating they were canceling the appointment and rescheduling for Friday, a few days later. The following day, the day of the original appointment two hours after the original appointment time, I received a call from Rick stating he was on his way to give me the quote. Since they cancelled the appointment, I wasn't home. So I told him the gate was unlocked so he could go and give me a quote without me there. He did and we scheduled and appointment to get my trees removed for earlier this week. He called the day before this appointment to ask about the weather since it was raining in San Antonio, he said he would call me the next morning to see how the weather was in my area. Instead I received a text that night stating they were taking two days off so they rescheduled me to Friday, today. This morning, around 9:30, I saw that he called three times around 7 a.m. I called him back. He told me he needed to get paperwork signed before they started today. I said okay since I was home. He then said he had to reschedule me to next week. So I guess he just wanted to reschedule the appointment and hoped I wasn't home so he could use the paperwork as an excuse. I am going with another company. This one is very unprofessional and inconsiderate of other's time.

The owner and his crew were very personable, reliable and efficient.
They completed the job in a timely fashion and cleaned the area after all the trimming was complete.
We will definitely used their services again.
