This tree company is totally professional. And very honest I really appreciate the attentiveness to detail this company displayed.I had a 10000 job for this company to complete and they did an outstanding job the other estimates I got were almost 20 grand.I am so glad I got what I wanted for this price and they were fully insured and bonded unlike other companies I have dealt with in the past.Thanks Rudy.Will definitely be calling back.

Rudy is very polite and he was on time with his appointment with me and on time for when the guys came and did the job. They took down this very large oak tree that was close to our house and it was just a disaster waiting to happen. They cleaned up after the job was done and made our yard look fantastic with all the trimming they did on our other trees.

Rudy and his crew showed up early and ready to work. His crew was experienced, friendly and very knowledgeable. It was a very large and tall tree with condo roofs and sprinkler systems within striking distance! The crew did a great job, protecting all areas of concern. Even did a little bit more than we asked. The price quoted was more than reasonable. We will be using them again soon.

Grade a service. Rudy (owner) was extremely polite, professional, and on time for the scheduled appointment. His crew was also great and check out with me before they left, to assure that the job had been done correctly. After inspecting the job, I noticed that they had cleaned up after themselves. I was very satisfied with the work done.

Rudy at Garcia Tree Services has been great to work with. He was very professional. I called him and he came out the next day to give us a bid. 3 days later all work was completed. He communicated clearly and regularly and gave us important updates throughout the whole process. He also sent photos of the work he had done for our records. We will be calling him for any future tree work our company needs done!

Mr. Garcia and his crew were very professional and they did a great job. Ice had torn up my trees so bad. It took them 2 days of hard work and my property looks amazing. They cleaned everything up and my property is back to normal. I have used this company before and would recommend them highly

I have known Rudy for about 12 years now and his business has continued to prosper as he is very reliable and knows what he is doing. I had a 120 foot tall tree here in Alamo Heights that was 90% dead. Juan, his high wire tree maestro and the crew brought it all down very carefully. No dame to anything, and considering he had to work with "live electrical" lines. Highly recommend. He's done work on all of my rental properties (4) as well.

We had very large trees in our back yard with roots growing extensively and damaging our lawn. Garcia Tree Service sent out a crew to remove these trees and one in our front yard. They have a very courteous, friendly and competent team that worked well together to get the two day job done. Additionally they ground down the stumps and roots and at my request came back to remove more of the roots later. Owner Rudy is readily available and promptly returns texts. This is a highly professional and competent company we can highly recommend based on their very fine service to us.

Garcia Tree Service cut down a 70 plus year old pecan tree that was dead. The tree was huge. The company charged me a fair price and communicated with me about the job and arrival time. They were punctual and efficient. Excellent job cleaning up after themselves. I highly recommend the company and if I need their services again, I will definitely call them.

Excellent tree trimming company. Did outstanding work. The tree limbs were over the barn made for a challenge cut not for the crew that was there. They did an outstanding job and delivered as promised . I'm so satisfied with their work. A true blessing diffently would recommend using this company. This is the before and after.

Wow, I cannot say enough great things about Rudy and his crew. A huge live oak fell, was partially leaning on my mother’s house, and punctured the roof on Friday morning. I desperately called around to see if anyone could come out and take a look/clear it away before the rain this weekend. While other companies said the earliest they could come out would be the following week (for estimates only), Rudy said he would be out within the hour to take a look. He gave me a fair price and his crew was able to begin work immediately the following morning (a Saturday)! Within 3.5 hours the tree was completely removed, the yard was cleared of all debris, several other branches from nearby trees were trimmed, and they even put a tarp over the hole on the roof that the fallen tree caused. These men went above and beyond. I am so grateful for their hard work, attention to detail, and kindness. I would give 10 stars if possible. Thank you Rudy, Manuel, and the rest of the crew. I will be a customer for life.

I have used Davey Tree once in the past 8 months to do some extensive work (upwards of $2k worth), and they did a great job at that time. However, when I tried to set up another appointment to remove and trim more trees, I have now been cancelled on at the last minute twice in one week with no sincere apology for the inconvenience, just “I’m sorry I lost track of time” and “I really can’t leave this crew” followed by a lame attempt to reschedule a third time for some vague date at least one week away. They clearly don’t care. Very unprofessional. Taking my business elsewhere.

I do not recommend Davey Tree to anyone looking for a tree company. Davey's corporate leadership is committed to emergency response. That means that no matter how far in advance you schedule service, you will get bumped if an insurance claim comes in from someone else. You will NOT be their number one priority. In my most recent experience, I was sitting at home for an hour and a half before they called to tell me I had been bumped and would have to reschedule. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Used Davey Tree to reluctantly cut down an 200 year old tree which had grown to within inches of our back patio/sundeck. The tree was huge. Continued trimming of the tree away from the patio was no longer an option.
All went well, the crew supervisor really knew what he was doing when cutting this monstrosity down. No surprises as I expected from Davey Tree. Will definitely use Davey Tree on my next project!! Thanks for all your help!

Thomas Sillitoe, arborist, and Alison in the office, have been outstanding in providing me with the highest quality tree care in a timely fashion and at a fair price. As a steward of these trees, I am confident that Davey Tree is helping me care for and protect these trees for generations to come. From the initial call to the office to the highly skilled and careful on-site maintenance of my trees, Davey Trees is outstanding.

Davey Tree in San Antonio is an excellent company! We have been using them for years. Thomas is a brilliant arborist and we have used his advice and services to keep our trees healthy and trimmed! It is important to use a company that knows what they are doing when it comes to tree trimming. So many people use the guys that go door to door for their tree-trimming jobs and they strip the branches which results in ugly suckers appearing in no time! Companies like Davey are knowledgeable and less expensive in the long run! Be smart people!

Kevin provided a good review and estimate of what needed to be done. His 3 team members did a great job of trimming my trees and cleaning up after. Kevin monitored the work mid way through the process.

Chris, Max, Mason, and Moe were great! They were on time, courteous, efficient, and hard-working. They even pointed out and took down a wasp nest on the second story that we had previously not been able to reach. I most appreciated that they only recommended and trimmed the trees and bushes that needed to be trimmed. They did not arbitrarily recommend tree trimming on everything just to make additional cash, as did everyone else that gave us quotes. It was quite refreshing. I would highly recommend them!

Next door neighbors just trimmed their trees and we are so glad we had Davey here. Our trees are beautiful. Cleared of trash limbs and with opened canopy, the trees are the stars of the property. The crew led by Kevin and Eddie responded to our concerns at several stages. They obviously understood their business and addressed the job methodically and safely.

They were absolutely wonderful! They sent an arborist out to our house and spent time listening to us. We love our trees and want to make sure we keep them healthy. We’ve seen terrible trimming jobs where other companies butcher the trees. Davey Trees were artists trimming just what was needed and making everything look beautiful all for a reasonable price, and everything was cleaned perfectly!We will use them again and wouldn’t chance our trees to anyone else.
