I recently had a brand-new toilet installed by David (Rockstar Plumbing), and I couldn’t be more pleased! From the start, he was highly professional and friendly, and he even gave me a courtesy call before arriving. He was punctual, efficient, and left everything completed.

In addition to installing the new toilet, he also took the time to address issues with my previously installed toilet, which hadn’t been completed properly. He went out of his way to replace the missing plate on the wall and the hose, taking extra time to ensure everything was done right, even though it wasn’t part of the original job. This thoughtful attention to detail truly made me a satisfied customer.

Unlike a previous experience with a big-box store, he went above and beyond by ensuring all necessary parts were replaced and explaining the entire process to me. He was also generous and made sure everything was perfect.

What stood out most was how he took the time to listen to my future plumbing needs. When I mentioned wanting to replace fixtures in my shower, he provided valuable insights about brand compatibility. He also brought a cheerful vibe to the work, even whistling while he worked, which was such a pleasant and unique touch.

Overall, I’m thrilled with the service and would highly recommend him. Five stars all the way! 😊

Tony always does an awesome job. His prices are fair and reasonable. He listens to your needs and does his best to meet your expectations. He has taken care of almost all the plumbing in my house for years. He is honest, courteous, and professional.

MR.Padilla installed a new vanity in our upstairs bathroom .We went from a 2-bowl vanity to a 1-bowl free standing vanity . He did a great job always on time , cleaned up afterward each day. Yesterday we needed a plumber to repair damage on my mom's house in San Antonio that's on the market for sale. We reached out to several plumbers with no luck finding someone who would give us an estimate of how much it might cost to fix the damage. We knew exactly what was wrong. All of a sudden, it occurred to me that I had gone to school with Tony Padilla, and that he was a plumber. I reached out to him and he responded very quickly. He went out the same say and repaired the damage in thirty minutes for an extremely fair price. My realtor who met Tony there raved about him. She said that she would keep his name and number for the future to use on her other properties. Thank you so much Tony!!

Talk about amazing service.These guys came out after hours.Spent extra time explaining the issue, how it was going to be resolved. After fixing the main broken pipe they even went as far as to clean out every other drain as well.

They fixed two of our toilets-
Worked on Refrigerator water/ice line -waterline installation and repair. Washer problems … they do it all ! Polite, kind and so helpful. Best plumbers we’ve ever encountered.

Fabian and his team did a fantastic job replacing my 22 yr old water heater in my attic, a tough job done quick and in the price as quoted will definitely call in the future! About $1500 cheaper than the major plumbing companies!

I had somebody else look at my leaky pipes and we though it was fixed but it turns out they were still leaking. Fabian was able to come check out my sink last minute on that same day I contacted him and fix the leak no problem. He was even able to come later that same week and install my water softener. My sink is working great and I love my new water softener 👌 he did the work at a VERY fair price!
