David and his partner were fast and very professional at getting the job done. There was no mess to clean up because they. And when they finished they were out as fast as they had arrived. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. Great job guys.

Rockstar Plumbing is the best plumbing company we’ve used, ever…and we’ve gone through most of the big companies in San Antonio. David is professional, knowledgeable, prepared, hardworking and honest. He has a binder with pricing for all jobs, no pricing from off the top of the head. His rates are extremely reasonable and the job will be done with up to date knowledge and materials. Also, he will not try to sell you services you don’t need. I highly recommend this company and David.

Angel and Ian came out the same day I called. Found that my drainage cleanout was broken. They were very transparent about the whole thing. Showing me what they found along the way. We agreed on a price and the repairs were done in a timely manner, also on the same day. I would recommend.

I have used Rockstar Plumbing several times for services as simple as a toilet clog and removing/installing a toilet to serious issues like broken pipes causing major leaks. Joe and David are always extremely professional, prompt and friendly. They do an excellent job, they work with a clear sense of purpose, they leave the work site clean and they take time to explain and show you what the issue is and what needs to be done to correct it. I will not use any other plumbing company after the consistent 5 star service the guys at Rockstar Plumbing provide and I can't recommend them enough!

I live in a 93 year old home that was in need of extensive plumbing work. When I purchased the home 2 decades ago, I fixed other thing. I delayed overhauling the pipes until I thought I could afford them. I know well that Plumbing is a long term value, comparable to any serious project in owning a home. I wanted the job done correctly. I had already checked reviews for other big plumbers and looked at the call backs from not having the work done correctly. I tried to anticipate costs based on the extent of the repairs I was expecting. I only wanted to see the plumber one time for this particular repair and installation service.

From the moment Rockstar arrived, I could see the difference from other "front runner" higher overhead companies. I felt like a person rather than a job assignment. David's professionalism was immediate. I explained the trouble I was having and what others had told me before him. After he had a look for himself and had evaluated what he saw, he showed me with photos what my problem was under the house and detailed exactly what would be needed and what I could expect. I especially liked when he pulled out a binder with listed items and prices. He showed me exactly where the prices for the things he pointed out and arrived at a total. He told me how long he expected it would take and offered to schedule it when I could be home. It came out less than what I had planned to budget and I was able to have some other things done also, while he was there. He did it in the time he said it would completed. He did things right and showed me with photos, answering my questions.

I highly recommend Rockstar. There is no guessing with them and there are no surprise costs.

Wow I can't give high enough praise to these guys. Moved into my new "old" house a few days ago and soon after the plumbing backed up into my shower and washer drain. Called them this morning, they came out promptly and spent all day diagnosing and clearing my lines. Price was fair, the servicemen were experts at completing the repair, and fun on top of that. This will be my go-to company for all of my plumbing needs. Thanks!

Chris and Gilbert showed up to take a look at an issue that I was having and were able to show up about an hour and a half earlier than the scheduled time which was fantastic. They were able to identify the issue along with the corrective actions and even took a look at the other toilets in the house to make sure there were no other issues that could happen. The total job was finished within half and hour and they cleaned up after themselves and were on their way. They were extremely polite and professional and I would highly recommend them to any friends and family in the future.

Mr Hernandez and Gilbert were extremely professional. They responded to my request for an estimate to unclog a tub stopper and completed the job right away. Mr. Hernandez, and Gilbert were very knowledgeable of their craft. They returned to change out our faucet aerators the next day. I absolutely recommend Rockstar Plumbing to everyone.

Rockstar plumbing was great from start to finish, they had really simple and straight forward pricing in a booklet they kept with them so you could see all the services they offer and for what prices. They fixed/replaced our bathtub/shower drain pipe as well as installed a new garbage disposal, were super friendly and communicated all of the details well.
10/10 would recommend them to everyone in San Antonio.

First I would like to make a personal thank you to both Joe and Gil the plumbers that came out and did the job for us.
In mu opinion both plumbers were friendly from the beginning and spoke very candidly about my service that I was needing done.
I went with them because their price was in the budget I had set for my household and that Joe and Gil were willing to do the job that very day we spoke. Mind you this job was important and required to be done during most 3day holiday (New Years) where most business close down early to let their employees off to enjoy their weekend.
Joe and Gil took my personal future issues to heart and came early in the morning when they would have already left for their weekend. They came did a wonderful job and cleaned the area to where we will not even know that they were in there.

I had David Gonzalez and Ryan as my service tech san antonio division. They gave me a couple options and explained them well. The price was just right. Then they did exceptional work. I really appreciate their timeliness and ability to come out at 7pm on a Saturday. Thanks so much and will definitely recommend will use next time.

If you are reading this then you are here for the same reason I was. To find a plumber that you can trust that will really look at the issue and give you a fair price. I read the other reviews and called. First responsiveness I called at around 4:45 after my husband did some digging and we were not able to figure out exactly what to do and did not want to take a chance making it worse. When I called taking to Jennifer and Jess with it being so late said the next day would be best, which we were totally fine with, they allowed me to send pictures over and while I was sending the pictures over Joe was in the background and said let us come by and take a quick look - they came by that Evening within like 30 mins. First HUGE bonus just to know it was looked at - showed us immediately what the issue was and said they would back in the morning. Joe and Gilbert came out in the morning and within and hour and half they had us up and working - the price was so fair and they were very transparent. Used the best and updated parts. I am so happy I trusted the reviews and they showed their caliber not only actions but in follow up and response time they are truly top notch. HIGHLY recommend and will use again and again. Angel the plumber the most professional, courteous and detail oriented, educated me on maintaining my water heater he just installed today. Other plumbing issues addressed for my home explained to me as well without hesitation. Great value for the job he did, would definitely recommend to others seeking a plumber.

Called for a sink installation and they came out the same day. Angel and Ian were amazing. I had them also take care of our water heater replacement. Courteous, honest and trustworthy.

These guys live up to their name. They gave Rockstar service. I called them on Saturday morning to see if they had time to fix a shower leak. They were booked for the day but he said he would make time for me if he finished early. Sure enough he called me back later and set a time for me same time day. Guy is super nice and explained my options. He also had a notebook with set prices for the work so you know that your are not getting screwed. The menu price is the same for everyone. After calling multiple plumbers for two days and getting no call backs it was nice to have a plumber who lived up to his word and got things fixed fast. This is my goto plumber from now on. I can't stress enough how nice and professional this team is.
