Simply put the best plumbing experience I have ever had. Honest, no scare tactics, simple direct answers, and several courses of action. The skill Martin had in detecting and fixing my leak was superb. Martin saved me $3000 easily. I had another company come out and charge me $850 to tell me I had a leak but not where, which I of course already knew you could see the water. In the future I will only call Mai Vu for my plumbing.

Our hot water heater broke and after calling several well-known plumbers around town, we were shocked by the outrageous quotes we received. We decided to go through the Home Depot program and were extremely blessed to be connected with Mai Vu Plumbing.

Aaron was outstanding from start to finish. He was punctual, kind, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what was wrong and what was needed to replace the water heater and an old PRV valve. His work was meticulous and professional. Exactly the kind of person you want showing up to your home when your family is dealing with an emergency.

Everything was in writing, with no confusion and all costs provided up front. Our oven went out days before Thanksgiving. As soon as it happened, we went to Home Depot and bought another one. Mai Vu Plumbing was the contractor that does installs for Home Depot. Our new oven came in the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and Mai Vu had it installed before noon on Wednesday! Tammy and Jerry were incredible to work with! Thanks for the rescue!

Mai Vu plumbing is excellent. I had them install 4 toilets in my house. The work was excellent. I’ve never seen a caulk like look so good. I am very pleased and will definitely use them again whenever I need plumbing support in the future.

Started off good but dealing with warranty and insurance they became a disappointment. Even after explained whatever warranty didn't cover I would pay at day of service they still failed to even call to discuss. At day of appointment they were a no show and when called that's when they wanted to discuss payment on a Saturday. Even when told they can bill insurance who is a major major company they refused and I still explained I could pay at time of service. Ultimately not very professional dealing with concerns before day of service to give customer a chance to find other services especially when dealing with a water crisis. Things are time sensitive.

Great Service! I had a clogged my sink with hard rice, stupid me I know. Anyhow I had a friend who had used them before so I decided to give them a call. Best decision I ever made Someone came out within and hour and a half and promptly took off the clogged pipes under the sink and cleaned them up. Highly Recommend !

We have been having issues with our shower leaking. He did a real excellent clean job. Very professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the job in under 2 hours. We had several plumbers come and work on our valve and it would leak again in a few months. He found the source of the leak and replaced the broken pipe.

Very thorough! Very respectful! Professional and knowledgeable...I was very impressed with their customer service. They took their time (without overcharging me!) to find out exactly where my shower was leaking, why it was leaking, and recommended what I needed to do to resolve the matter. The previous company i used gave me the wrong diagnosis which caused the issue to get worse. I highly recommend this company because they know what they are doing.

Alamo Plumbing Solutions were called for a garbage disposal repair.
Plumber called 15 min. before arrival, punctual, assessed the problem,
replaced with a new "badger." Oscar very knowledgeable about his
craft, courteous, friendly, Covid-19 compliant, good eye contact,
listened to customer, calm, very professional young man. Wish
him continued success.

Called 3 places this was the best one. Gave me estimate over phone and other one wouldn't. Gave me a short window of time to wait. Satiago their Master Plumber was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We actually paid less than estimate we got on phone. We will be using them again in the future.

This has been the worst waste of time I have ever spent trying to hire a "licensed/master" plumber. Sebastian or Santiago not sure what his name was decided to book me for an appointment and didn't show. I didn't even get a call, I had to call him! So I decide to give it another shot as I'm trying to be understanding. But then we set up an appointment for the next day and he contacts me because he wants to know what time I can meet him to pay him without him even doing any of the job. He seemed more worried about how or when he was going to get paid. Just wasn't clear enough on the process and was also not flexible on working around work schedules. What happened to doing the job and sending an invoice!?!? What a waste of time and breath!... do not hire, do not call, do not even give it a try! These guys aren't professional enough and don't have their systems set up properly!

These guys went above and beyond. I wasn’t available to help with home’s plumbing issue so I left it up to my wife to deal with. After getting the run around with other companies, she made one last call. She went with Alamo Plumbing Solutions & made an excellent choice. It wasn’t as simple as installing a pressure reduction valve & replacing a hot water heater. There was much more involved. Trying to save a little money, she was having to remove a faulty unit, return to where it was purchased & get a replacement that the manufacturer made good on. After calling several companies & not one offered any solution other than buy one of their heaters. Most of the companies would not give her a quote over the phone. This would mean time she couldn’t afford having to meet with tech, after tech. The heater could “go”at any moment because of the high pressure & current leak. No time to sit through sales pitch...just need a quote.
She made one last call & it was the best one.
Santiago listened, discussed a solution (not SOLUTIONS), OFFERED to help make the exchange of faulty unit, set up for his crew to be at the house the next day, set up financing & most of all left her feeling respected & not “let me talk to your husband” mentality. In this world where you feel sometimes technicians are always “out to scam you”, that wasn’t the case here. All this was accomplished by phone mind you.
Y’all did more than fix my plumbing, y’all made my wife’s life a lot less stressful.
So I suppose this review is more of the human aspect of their service but just as important as the actual work performed.

I have called Alamo plumbing various times for different properties. They have prompt service and are experts in their work. Me and my friends have used Alamo Plumbing for about 3 years now and are very satisfied customers.

I had a main sewer line problem today. I called so many plumbing companies but no one wanted to come out because it was past 6pm, they were done for the day & tomorrow is 4th of July (even places that say 24hr plumbing) I was giving up, thought I had to wait till the 5th for someone to come but I decided to call one last company & that was Alamo Plumbing Solutions. I was shocked when he told me he would come within the hour & at such a reasonable price. Santiago showed up & did the camera & locator thing & marked the problem areas in the alley. (SAWS will have to repair) Would do business again. Thanks for your service!

Great service. Had two water heaters replaced on a scorching hot day, above the second floor in the attic. Very efficient professional service, can't even tell they were ever in the house, except for the hot water that I now have. Santiago and his crew were extremely professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Santiago and his crew are punctual, professional and informative. Service after the work was top notch, after we had another leak that we thought was related to his repair he showed up the next morning and completely excavated the same hole only to discover it was on the city side . He graciously said it was the city's problem and didn't take advantage of us for his time . This was on a Saturday by the way. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing needs you may have.
