Highly recommend this company for plumbing needs and replacement of hot water heater. No one wants to have to call a plumber out. But when you need one, you definitely want to know a plumber that you trust. Mai Vu Plumbing is that company. They are trustworthy, reliable, fair, and helpful.

After getting a scam estimate from a different company, I called Mai Vu and spoke with Miguel. He sent a plumber out who gave an accurate and fair estimate. They have replaced our hot water heater and repaired a leaking pipe in the last three years. Many thanks to Miguel and staff at Mai Vu Plumbing! I really appreciate you all very much!

Jerry from Mai Vu Plumbing was the installer for a replacement Fridgidare double oven I bought at Home Depot. Jerry did an AWESOME job!!!
He was very knowledgeable, experienced and professional! He not only removed my non working oven, but attached the plug and installed the ovens much more easily than I thought possible. Plus he always kept in touch re: when to expect him and arrived within the assigned 2 hour window. Many thanks to Jerry and Mai Vu plumbing for such a smooth delivery experience!

Had Mai Vu plumbing come and install a new toilet that I bought from Home Depot. Honestly Depot set up everything. Mai Vu called to arrange the appt time. They were on time. Carlos the plumber came in and knocked out the job within an hour. Carlos was very professional and friendly. He cleaned up after himself and hauled off all the trash and the old toilet. I have never heard of Mai Vu plumbing before this install but I now have them in my address book. If I should ever need a plumber in the future, Mai Vu is who I will call. They are a first class company in my book. Thank you Carlos and Mai Vu plumbing.

Way too expensive. Figure out how to install your own water heater. If I wasn't an old man I would of installed it myself. Water heater from Hone Depot was $875. Mai Vu
Charged over 2k to do a two hour install. Install was arranged though Home depot. Would of shopped around but wife was nagging me to get hot water ASAP.

Mai Vu does excellent work and I have no complaints. They were fast, professional and did a great job installing a new toilet. I will definitely be calling them again for any future projects.

Another great job by Mai Vu Plumbing. Needed to having a non functioning water softener bypassed and removed. The technicians arrived during the specified time period and got right to work. The whole service (bypass, removal, and clean up took less than 20 minutes. Really appreciate their hard work and dedication to getting the job done. Would definitely use Mai Vu again for any future plumbing issues.

Very happy with everything they did. Their master plumber replaced a hot water tank that leaked and damaged 3 rooms. They replaced tile and hardwood floors and painted everything. Carlos is an excellent painter and tile installer. The job was finished in 1 week. I definitely recommend them because of the quality work they did.

Dominic did an excellent job updating our water heaters to code as directed by the City of Live Oak. Dominic was so courteous, such a friendly person. Dominic changed our electrical plugs and installed two quick disconnects. Very neat work. He explained his work and also gave us pointers on other plumbing electrical information. Dominic took pictures and sent them up to his boss. Surprisingly the City of Live Oak said security straps had to be installed also. The Mai Vu owner had Dominic come and install the straps free of charge. The next day the City of Live Oak inspector checked the work and we passed immediately, thanks to Mai Vu plumbing. Dominic should be commended for his technical expertise, knowledge, and excellent customer service. My wife and I highly recommend Mai Vu plumbing to anyone who needs reliable plumbing services. The technicians were courteous and respectful. They explained every step of the work they were doing. They did a great job.

The coordination of what I needed done and what the company could do was clear and understandable. The technician Aaron was experienced and knowledgeable, he explained the steps of the water heater install process. After all was completed, he tested each faucet to ensure hot water was coming through. The area was returned to order as found.

Great experience! Placed an order for a toilet install at Home Depot on Tuesday installed on Thursday. I would have had done the next day but toilet was not delivered until Thursday. Very quick process. Very friendly staff. Great Job
