Joey is an A+++ tech. He spent some time trying to help with our plumbing problem. I understood we had serious issues but he went above and beyond trying to help us. Even though there were more issues that needed to be fixed, we postponed the repair. I would definitely call PlumbSmart again. Good people & great company!

They were fast and fixed my leak quickly but I feel they took advantage of the situation since it needed to be repaired asap they charged me an arm and a leg. Definitely will check other places before using their services again if I ever use them again. Definitely not worth 3300

Experience shows. Professionalism. Next day install, with all my questions answered and extras they did as well (needed)/free of charge. Gold-water softener. I am really looking forward to having a better/best water softener than what i had before!! recommend this. Cody explained everything, extra warranty given 4 more years plus manufacturers. Explanation given how to care if x y happens. Joey and Edward installed and Joey explained even more. Leaving me with better understanding. I highly recommend. Of course one always wants the best products, long lasting, at least expense; but "there is a saying you get what you pay" It is expensive/but still reasonable if one gets all that it says with hard water-softener + carbon filter.

We had a great experience with Joey from PlumbSmart. We had an exterior faucet leak that needed to be repaired for a rental property before it got colder and he was right on time and fixed it super fast. The pricing was reasonable and the customer service was amazing. I will be calling them again for another project.

I was overly impressed from start to finish. Quality and professionalism. I called for an estimate 2 months before the work and the information I received and how it was presented from Cody I did not have to look anywhere else. Scheduling was a breeze with follow-up. I had a clear expectation before Jorge arrived. Jorge looked over the sink to be installed ask me for my objective verified location. Reminded me of work to install water lines. He prepped the area let me know it would be noisy. How work was clean and precise. Minimal drywall removal safety elements placed in wall. All plumbing tested. Cleanup was great to see and he even put the cut drywall in place until I get the drywall person out. I wish they did sprinklers and all other services that I may need They put quality in everything. It is so refreshing to see as work with true professionals. Thank you

Install a recirculating pump. Joey did outstanding work. Good price. Only problem is Plumsmart management sent Jorge the day before for the quote. They replaced Jorge with Joey which I am ok with. Just needed to be notified of the change. After the service was completed they sent me a review on Jorge, not Joey who did the work. No recipe either for work perform.

Service was amazing and quick. My shower knob was turning without stopping and the water wasn't coming out. Chris Garza assessed the problem and had it running within minutes. ✨10/10 stars✨.

STOP SEARCHING, YOU'VE FOUND THE RIGHT COMPANY! During a government shutdown is the worst time for your water heater to fail. Because of the size of our home, we have two water heaters. The reset button kept popping on one of the water heaters resulting in cold water. I did some research and saw the excellent reviews for PlumbSmart. I scheduled an appointment. Two techs promptly came and evaluated the situation. My money was funny and my change was strange so I couldn't afford to replace a water heater. My techs offered options. They ended up doing a rebuild which solved the problem. The techs were timely and very professional. The owner even took time out of his busy schedule to call me when I expressed concerns about another company taking a family member of ours for an overpriced ride for a plumbing issue. The owner even asked the techs to drain both of my water heaters for calcium build up and he didn't charge me for it. LISTEN TO ME! Your time is valuable and you need the job done right the first time. Forget about those companies that you see on TV who upsell you with stuff you don't need along with their warranties. Call or text PlumbSmart right now! They are fair with their pricing and they treat their customers with respect.

Joey came by today to check on our fire place because we were concerned about a gas leak. From the start, this experience was great. It was easy to submit a booking request and the scheduler called a few hours afterward to set the time. They had an appointment available the very same day, which was great. I love how they sent info ahead regarding who the tech was. Joey called me before hand to say he could come by sooner if we wanted. He was professional, straight to the point, and put our minds at ease. I will definitely give these guys a call for any future plumbing issues we run into.

This company is very impressive, trustworthy and professional. I not only had a plumber come out to evaluate my issue, but a service manager as well. They were very honest and told me I did not have any plumbing problems. The reason this was such a relief, the day before, another company said I had 3 breaks in my line and quoted a $45,000 repair job. Please, please, please let PlumbSmart be your first call for any of your plumbing needs.

We had an underground pipe leak and Joey came out within an hour of being called. (After hours on a Friday, no less.) He found the issue quickly, replaced the previously done work efficiently, and also fixed another problem we couldn’t identify. We expected the repair to be a super expensive fix, but Joey had all the materials on hand to repair everything quickly and correctly without costing us an arm and a leg! He had our water back on in about an hour and a half.

On top of the excellent workmanship, he was very nice and had a great personality.

Paul was great. I called first thing in the morning with a rather bad clog that had me extremely frustrated the night before. The scheduling team got everything set up, and Paul showed up right on time. He listened to me explain what was going, then got right to work. Took a bit of work, but got everything busted out and then ran a camera after to confirm things were clear and verify the condition of the pipes. Very professional and straightforward. Price was reasonable for what needed to be done as well which is always a bonus. Highly recommend PlumbSmart and especially Paul.

Okay so we were recommended this company by my dad. Our water heater had given up on life, and we reached out and they were so quick to work with us and replace it. And y'all when I tell you their customer service is off the charts!!! It's like an 11/10!! They now have customers for life 🖤🖤🖤
