Wow!!! Over the top service. The two gentlemen were professional, hilarious, and clearly hold degrees in 'Canine Diplomacy.' The fact that they survived, let alone tolerated, our three dogs and still maintained a cheerful, professional demeanor deserves a Nobel Prize. Hire them—they can handle literally anything.

Our water heater stopped working. They were able to get someone out same day to troubleshoot and fixed the problem. Everyone I spoke with was very professional especially Joey (our tech). He really went above and beyond.

Roger helped us with a commercial repair and was so great. He explained everything in detail and was so nice to work with. Office was very friendly and provided great communication as well. Will definitely be using their services again!

Water pipe busted 2 days before Christmas. Contacted PlumbSmart and they had a specialist at my home within 2 hours. Very courteous, professional and did a fantastic job. If you need a plumbing expert that is professional, gets the job done & fair definitely call them.

We had been gone several months and when we returned we found out that the garbage disposal didn’t work. It was a Sunday at about 6pm. The person who took the call was very nice and helped me set up a plumber for the morning. He arrived and had the needed garbage disposal in his truck, but he found the problem with no problem. The reset button had not been pushed in hard enough. So I now felt like an idiot. But he politely told me some things we should think about next time we are gone more than a couple of weeks. And NO CHARGE. Hard to believe, but the next time I need a plumber I will know who to call. They are definitely 5 star!!

We had what turned out to be a major issue with our water softener sending resin beads throughout our home and causing little to no water pressure. PlumbSmart was able to come out the same day and get things going and prepped for install of a new water softener and went above and beyond flushing all the systems and appliances to get everything back in working order within 24hrs. We appreciate their care and attention to detail. Would highly recommend.

My AO Smith water softener needed repair and the original company that put it in couldn’t come out for 2 weeks due to Thanksgiving holidays coming up and they would be closed so I called Plumbsmart. They had great reviews and gave free estimates. Cody came out that SAME day and was very honest with me in the fact that the repair cost wasn’t worth what we paid for the unit (which we figured), so he gave us options without pressure and really educated us. We go for quality, not just what’s the cheapest. I asked him what he had in his own home, so we went with the Certiflow. It was still a little pricey but I think reasonable for what we got as I know with other companies it can really go up there. They came out the next morning (on a Saturday)! Jorge was very nice and he did have a little trouble so it took longer than usual but overall it seems to be good so far! It’s only been one day but they have one year warranty on labor, 7 years parts, and lifetime for the tanks for this brand and they have Certiflow parts here in Helotes. Big win. Cody being a veteran sealed the deal for me. We will use them again for other plumbing issues. Thank you!

I cannot thank Plumbsmart again for all their help!! They truly go above and beyond. SAWS sent me a high water usage email and we searched and tested everything and could not find a leak or problem. I contacted the trustworthy Plumbsmart who worked with me ALL week and took all my calls, looked at my daily and hourly numbers, checked all our water and lines and tested everything under the sun, including our meter, softener, etc and also found nothing wrong. Such a mystery, yet SAWS does not want to admit that maybe their precious digital new electronic meters could have glitched. Every person that worked on my mystery case was smart, professional empathetic and knew their stuff. They were patient and also curious because it didn't make sense of my high usage that suddenly became "normal usage" after the freeze. They supplied me with their work they did to submit to SAWS so they can consider all I did to verify we did not have an issue. I will await their response and hope I do not get charged by SAWS. Either way, if you need a plumbing company you can trust and know what they are doing, call them!

I had Chris Garza come out to fix a gas leak and he was the BEST! He wanted me to see what was broken, why it was, and how he fixed it! Also great conversationalist not only about plumbing. He was very kinda and I felt very comfortable with him! And he fix my leak!! Will definitely be my go to guy for all my plumbing matters! Five stars all around!

PlumbSmart provides excellent service and knowledge on all things plumbing and then some. Joey has come out to make a couple repairs for us and is always courteous and helpful and does a great job. We will continue trusting PlumbSmart and I suggest you do too.

Heard a hissing sound so figured there was a water pipe leak. Called Plumbsmart and Joey came out and maintenances my water heater. He determined there is a leak in the hot water pipes. We are moving forward on fixing the leak. Joey is meticulous, efficient and knowledgeable. It’s a pleasure to work with him.

They came on time and were very friendly and polite. They were very knowledgeable and professional and addressed the 2 problems I had. They were very helpful and honest and told me that my toilet leak was just the knob being loosened and didn’t charge me for checking it. Wow! I had a continuous outdoor leak coming from main line. I was notified by our local water department and informed me that a technician will be at our home with 24 hrs and this happened on Christmas Day! 4 days later the technician from the water department shows up and informed me that the source was not on their end. He did say we were loosing 1.5 gallons/minute…I was referred to use PlumbSmart…I call them and within 2 hours they came by and fixed the problem…now I have to fight with the water department to credit me on unusual water use. Thanks to PlumbSmart they were extremely helpful and stop the leak.

Second time using PlumbSmart. I had a water leak on my side of the meter. I called at 2, they arrived at 4, and had leak fixed by 6.

He was very professional and thorough in explaining and fixing the problem. He also explained various service options they provide for ongoing preventative maintenance.
