Nick came out on a Sunday to repair a water leak for me. He was very friendly, fast and efficient. He gave me a price quote up front, which was very affordable. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and will use his services in the future if needed.

Used them for the first time because of a leak from the wall behind my toilet that was flooding my restroom. Rafaela helped organize a crew to get out quickly (because the water was not stopping so I had to turn it off) of which I am very appreciative of. She sent Cris and Paul over who recognized the issue, explained it, and fixed it within a reasonable time.

They were upfront about prices and expectation, explained what was going on with the leak, and knocked it out quick. About what you'd want from one of these companies. I have no complaints and had about as good of an experience as I could want. The price 'seemed' fair as long as I got the work done by them, which I can understand and is reasonable. Nothing is free, however I didn't feel taken advantage of.

I'm always wary of any sort of big sized organizations that do any sort of home repair, but I saw the reviews and figured they were worth a shot when I was in need. They impressed me enough to keep their number saved for next time. It's a win for them, and a win for me.

Update: A few months after this I called them to come put in a pressure valve (my words) and check my upstairs bathtub which wasn't working properly.

They once again came out promptly, were very polite, open with me about expectations and cost, and easy to work with. I decided to pay a bit extra for their "membership" (again, my words for it) because I feel confident wit using them moving forward.

Gerald from Big City Plumbing came and took care of the problem really quickly. Let me know water would be off. Replaced the spigot so my leaking and continuous running water is solved. Thanks.

Talk about expedient service, and with smiles to boot! My simple faucet replacement project turned into a not so simple project, requiring me to hire a plumber. Luis was able to fix the issue, and take care of a few extra things while here. I’m glad I hired Big City Plumbing. 5 star service, with fees that didn’t scare me too bad.

Cris and Tim did an excellent job of diagnosing and identifying the problem with my washer drain connection. They improved a 53 year old washer drain to something from this century for a reasonable price and in a timely fashion. Will use y’all again😎

Rafaela worked my emergency appointment into a busy day. Luis and helper were friendly and professional, and arrived within an hour. They did a great job repairing the below ground leak and the charge was reasonable. I'll definitely use them again.

I called BCP regarding a possible leak in my kitchen. Rafaela in dispatch was polite and managed to get a team to my house the same day due to me having to shut off the water at the meter. Gerald and his team came and diagnosed the problem immediately. He repaired the leak, and even did a minor fix on one of my toilets. Gerald returned the following Tuesday to look at my dishwasher that wasn’t draining and determined it was an appliance issue. The pricing was fair and I received great service. Gerald and his team were courteous and gave great customer service. I recommend Big City Plumbing and will use them again in the future for sure if needed.

Chris was kind, professional and had a great attitude even after horrible 1.5 hour traffic to get to me and a second pipe breaking as he was wrapping up repairing the initial problem. So thankful to have water restored.

Luis and Paul exceeded our expectations. We had a leak but did not know where. We were losing 12 gallons an hour per SAWS. On his 1 st day out Luis found the leak in the island kitchen. This was found with no visible water leakage or sound anywhere. Paul and Luis wore their booties in the house, worked methodically together to deduce where to search for the leak. It was a 2 day job. They were patient to explain the process as they worked and kept us apprised of the cost. Paul vacuumed up at the end all the sheetrock dust Luis traced the pipes from the attic, through the walls and used the fishtape to find the manifold. He even offered options that would prevent foundation work, since the pipes ran through the foundation. Alisa, Rafaela, and Patricia in the office were kind as I was anxious and got the workers out asap. This was a big save, so greatful for this company

Johnny and his partner were very professional. Again, best experience I have had in my 25 years in San Antonio. Highly recommend!
