Used to be a regular customer back when Mr. Bandy was at the helm. This place has gone way down hill over the years. Trying to get someone to help you is almost impossible, unless you’re a regular. The gentleman with the Bob Ross memorabilia is the best one there by far these days. It’s a real shame, this place was the supply house to go to a few years back. Everything was always in stock, you were greeted immediately when walking in, and counter staff were eager to help. Nowadays, good luck. Shelves are empty, counter staff is rude as all getup. Just an all around mess. Save yourself the headache and go to Winston Water Cooler instead.

These folks have worked out a majority of the issues that plagued them in the past. They had issues at the front counter for years, but now I can get in and out within 20 minutes. Stock and inventory here is better than most.

The customer setat this place is abismal. I stood in line for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged. It's very disappointing to be a hardworking tradesman and then be treated like this when you stop in for parts. Stop literally anywhere else.

There are 5 personnel in the area, but the front office staff ignores customers, and do not seem to care or know what they are doing. I have little confidence on their ability to deliver competent service. They are definitely quiet quitting, and it is so obvious to me. The items that I came in for were not in stock. I left the store wondering if they actually had the parts, but didn't care enough to locate the inventory correctly.

I needed a shutoff valve replaced and a PEX crimp for service to the water closet. Tsanko did a great repair at a good price. Highly recommended! If you need a repair, give him a call.
