All I asked them to do was find the leak I could see on my water meter. They said they'd have to replace all the plumbing to find it, but they'd give me "a good deal" to replace old pipes, find the leak, put in a new outside faucet, and insulated the pipes and replace the siding removed. They wanted $550 cash for parts. They returned with 90 feet of tubing and some connectors. They said it cost them $537, but they had no receipt. Then they replaced the pipes, but forgot to insulate them, as agreed. The pipes froze that night, and I got under the house and insulated them myself. When they left, they said they'd return to finish the next day. The plumbing was still leaking after $2000 spent! But, since I'd already paid them, they never returned. After more calls and threats, I gave up asking them to come back and hired another plumber to find the leak.

Big Frank’s was very responsive and provided same day service for a fair price. Needed a shower valve and drain installed because we were converting our tub/shower to a standup shower only. He did quite a bit of work for a reasonable price. Frank also provided us with tips to make sure the contractor that’s installing the shower is doing it correctly. He and his wife were very friendly which was a plus. Highly recommend Big Frank’s.

Frank and Debbie are wonderful humans. Our water heater went out in the morning and they came by in the afternnon and installed a new one for us. This is the second time Big Frank's Plumbing helped us out.

We have lived here over 5 years since the beginning, no homes surrounded us at the time at southton meadows. Everything was great up until about a year ago our tub barely drained. We spent hundreds on drano and products weekly to drain it. Decided to call a plumber and bite the money but basically were spending that in the end anyway. So far its been draining well and no issues. I would definitely recommend and.will call him in the future if anything else happens
