Big City Plumbing came to our home to diagnose a leak on December 23. Upon inspection, found out that it was underneath the foundation. They returned on the 24th and worked a full day. Very determined to find the leak and repair it in a timely manner. Very impressed that they were willing to work on Christmas Eve. Very professional. Highly recommended. Support local business.

The second time I’ve had Big City do work for us and Grus is very good and efficient. Always a fair price and great for veterans. This time was toilet line that needed to be snaked. Very good work and well explained.

Chris and James were very professional and the installation went very smoothly. I was notified by the office to expect Chris to arrive within a 45 minute window, which he did. Both men respected my home by wearing shoe covers and I like the fact that their names were clearly visible. Thank you both for your service and experience. I felt confident on their knowledge to install the kitchen sink.

I highly recommend Big City Plumbing. Their customer service is excellent! Dispatcher Rafaela was polite and professional. I appreciated Rafaela calling me an hour before Luis and Chad were expected to arrive at my home. Luis and Chad arrived on time and did a great job installing my water softener. Luis took the time to answer all my questions and explained the benefits of the Preferred Customer Plan.

My experience with Big City Plumbing professionals was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. I was highly recommended to them & they did not disappoint. She was able to get my issue scheduled in a timely manner & went above & beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed. Chris & Paul were amazing as well. Plumber was nice and respectful. I was quoted 230$ initially then plumber ended up charging 250 plus 2 couplings 50$ additional. I thought that was steep for 2 couplings 75$ extra unanticipated cost was not in my budget. I,was nervous because I need the certificate sent to SAWS yesterday but Rafaela reassured me it was sent yesterday since I did not have confidence the plumber was going to complete on time. The plumber called me today informing me certificate was sent to SAWS. Kudos to Rafaela for all her help!

The guys were very professional and skilled and found my leak. They worked hard to do the repair since the temps were dropping towards the evening and glue does not adhere at certain cold conditions. I’m grateful the worked diligently and thoroughly to get the job done. I’m always happy with Big City’s plumbing services!

From my initial contact with Rafaela to schedule service with Gerald Johnson (and his assistant Felix) and even after the service call, I had a very good experience.

Gerald was highly recommended by my neighbors who had major work done 2 years - they were very pleased with his “diagnosis” and work completed. Rafaela’s explanation of fees was transparent - she was thorough in requesting I forward images of a situation to share with Gerald in advance of his service call. While here, I asked Gerald to look into another concern I had - he identified a problem with my water softener which is being addressed on a service visit next week. Unlike some of the other companies I’ve called in the past (Jon Wayne), there was no pressure to upsell me.

Excellent follow-up by Rafaela confirming an order for a new water softening system and quick installation three days after the initial service call by Gerald.

Big City Plumbing did an excellent job fixing a leak in our yard. They responded quickly, showed up on time, and were very professional throughout the entire process. Called Big City Plumbing after notifications from SAWS about excessive water usage. Chris & James performed a leak detection inside my home. Nothing inside was found. Water meter was still showing "running". Overnight water was flowing front yard down driveway into street. Called; spoke w Rafaela & Alyssa regarding visible leak. James returned to provide a contract to repair. Big City Plumbing took care of the steps w the office staff notifying me of what to expect. Excavation crew was mindful of saving flagstone & where dirt was placed. Chris & James returned to install a new main waterline from meter to house. Excavation crew backfilled & repositioned flagstone. This entire process was well organized w/o any issues. The owner of company came by to check in w me. This process could not have been better! Will definitely use Big City Plumbing if need arises

Found our house had 100psi water and gave them a call for a new prv. The plumber was available a day earlier and recommended a service that fit my budget. Estimated about an hour to complete the work and that’s about how long it took. I also had them replace a shark bite fitting with a new valve. The plumber cleaned up the mud from his shoes when completing the job.

Hands down the best plumbing company that I used so far. The communication that this company has and provides has to be the best and every company should do the same. The staff is awesome and professional!

Roger did a great job in a timely manner. He was able to find the issue, fixed it quickly, and gave recommendations for next steps. I could tell he has experience. Will do service with company in the future.

Jorge did wonderful job! Water pipes broke on Christmas Day. I called Plumsmart day after Christmas! They came out within two hours to fixed broken pipe!! Great job and very quick.

Joey was was extremely nice and polite young man. He explained everything slowly where I could understand what needed to be done.
