Company is certified for tankless heater service and that's how I found them. However we have been calling them for the last several years for everything that's plumbing related. He's reasonable, work and material are excellent quality, they are responsive and on time. It's a nice thing to have: a reliable pluming professional you can always count on.

Our toilet was leaking from the base, the wax ring was not sealing. BG Plumbing came out ON TIME and took care of my problem quickly and efficiently. He took out the old bolts sealed the toilet to the floor and calked around the toilet. It looks great. He didn't track in any mud or leaves, he was nice and informative and done in one hour and 15 minutes. His fee was reasonable. We were very happy.

Very professional and reasonably priced. My water heater was replaced very quickly and in a very clean manner. I'm very happy with the work done and would highly recommend BG plumbing for your plumbing needs. I will definitely will be using them again.

Tsanko is a very friendly, knowledgeable, and capable plumber. After I called him he arrived very quickly, assessed the situation, and gave me a fair estimate. He thoroughly explained everything, scheduled the work for a few days later, and returned when he said he would. He finished the work in a timely manner and did an outstanding job. No more leaks at my house!

The absolute best. BG has helped us change out the inner workings of our toilet, cut into our wall to change out the value for our upstairs bath (to accept a new fixture), and last but not least change out our water heater. Communicating is a breeze and he has always been able to set up an appointment within days of when I request his services. I trust him completely and know that I am not going to get taken advantage of, so I never question what he quotes (versus the price gouging we experienced from Bullfrog one time, right after the recent winter storm).

Tsanko was amazing in diagnosing and fixing our water pressure regulator. We had the whole house shaking and could not find the source of the noise. He came out and evaluated everything and, once the problem was identified, gave me a fair estimate and scheduled the repair in a couple days. Day of the repair he was on time, courteous, and stuck exactly to his estimate. If you're in search of a trustworthy and reliable plumber, I'd say stop searching and give him a call!

Get experience with Tsanko. He originally came out to look at some washer connections that we thought were covered in hard water buildup. He explained they were fine and it was just the flux on the pipe. He also looked at a toilet my husband had tried to repair. Tsanko removed some extra chain and didn’t charge at all for this visit. I found him to be knowledgeable and professional, not trying to oversell someone but rather treat them with honesty and integrity. Our water heater was 20 years old and in due of replacement so we decided we definitely wanted to go with him. He was able to install in less than two weeks even with my chaotic work schedule. He took the time to explain to me how it worked and what annual maintenance is required and how to best set settings based on the temperature to save energy and money. Tsanko is our go-to plumber now!

Called BG Plumbing in an emergency type of situation. Our sewer line had been broke due to some heavy equipment in our backyard. Tsanko answered the call and came out with in 24 hours to evaluate the repair and gave me an estimate to fix it on the spot. He showed up early the next morning and knocked it out in less than 3 hours and we were back in service in no time. Tsanko lives and works in the Stone Oak area and is the ideal company to have in your phone contacts when you need a plumber if you live out this way. Very friendly and personable gentleman who is professional and does exactly what hey says he's going to do!

Called J & M Plumbing for estimate on a clogged sewer line. They were the most reasonable than the other 4 that I called. The plumber Eric came to my house within a couple of hours. Cleaned out the clean out and was done. Very friendly, knows what he is doing. I think I found my plumber for later use. Thanks J & M Plumbing.
