After waiting ALL day for another plumbing company to come out to unclogg my one and only commode, I gave up on them and called Alamo Plumbing. I was told they were really busy, but they would work me in. To my surprise, they had my plumber to me within the hour. After 30 minutes my commode was flushing. The plumber even went as far as running a video camera through all my lines to make sure I didn't have any other problems. He did this for FREE. I'll never use another plumbing company again

We hired Alamo plumbing to come out to look into a leak after reading all the great reviews and unfortunately our experience was anything but that. We were messed around - they were late for two appointments and another two appointments were cancelled, one of those without even so much as a phone call to let us know. We called and called and they would never return our calls, even after going into their office to ask for a refund we have been unable to get any response on the poor customer service we received. We never got a proper diagnosis of the issue and basically we waited nearly 3 weeks and paid $95 dollars for someone to come and dig a hole and leave a mess in our front yard. In the end, we hired a different company to come out and look at the issue and it was fixed that same day.

I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs. They replaced the pressure valve gage to my home and had my water running within 45 minutes. They were also reasonable with their pricing compared to other quotes I had received. Thank you, Alamo plumbing Solutions.

They removed and replaced all of my gas lines from the meter to the house and appliances. Although there was a bump or two in the road, none were due to Alamo Plumbing. They dealt with them and stayed on top of them with all professionalism, and Santiago kept me informed step by step. I would recommend them highly, and use them again in a heartbeat!

These guys just did a plumbing repair for us & they deserve 10 Gold Stars. 1. They got out here QUICK. 2. They were VERY reasonably priced & stuck to their estimate.(actually their plumber did more than we even asked them to do; which was replace a pipe coming out of the wall). 3. Their man was very professional. He explained everything he was doing/ going to do & did a great job. What a fantastic surprise! And a Blessing.

We need a toilet changed out in the next couple of weeks & the new one has been sitting in our garage for months because we were in a quandary about who to call. Now we know! (We had sinks installed in 2008 & it cost us everything but our first born. We were REALLY dreading this.)

A great experience! I'm extremely satisfied and recommend hiring them. After getting the run around by another plumbling co., they were honest and upfront about costs and scope of work. Who on earth was prepared for snow in south Texas in the middle February?! I’m so glad I was able to find these guys after one of my pipes burst with the freeze! While they were slammed with a ton of work, they were able to put me on their schedule same-day and worked quickly and diligently to restore water to rest of my house. As a woman, it’s always nice to do business with men who aren’t condescending when explaining a repair. Santiago and Carlos leveled with me, were professional and made sure I felt comfortable with the repair before leaving. Will definitely be calling them again when I’m ready to do work on my house!

Not all plumbers are equal! We had 3 different plumbers come out each with there own vague diagnosis of our plumbing problems but Santiago and his crew were incredibly thorough, prompt and detailed with the communication. Prices, diagnostics, and workmanship were top-notch. We received pictures and progress updates along the way. Honestly do not have anything negative to say. Alamo Plumbing saved me a lot of money and I really appreciate it. Alamo Plumbing came to our rescue when no other plumbing companies would. Mr. Barrera and his hard wording crew were very accommodating and worked around our schedule. Alamo Plumbing Solutions replaced my entire main line and updated all my downstairs plumbing in a 1928 house, including trenching and connecting the main line, venting, and replacing all pipes and a p-trap for the pedestal sink. Made sure everything looked great and quoted me a price far less than a leading national company. Came within one day (on a holiday too) when our electric company hit our new line while burying the wires and fixed it by the next day!
