In today's economy & status, it's hard to find a skilled professional in many fields, Mr. Longoria is one of those people. My Water Heater just quit, working in the morning, at 3pm, no hot water. I called Longoria Plumbing at 4pm, and he was at my house next morning with a brand new Rheem 50 gal heater. Replaced my old unit and hauled it off as well. Him and Longoria Sr. were at my house less than an hour, professional, tidy, & respectful. Honest pricing, very fair for professional plumbing. I've had the pleasure of working with him once before on a busted water main to my house, both times, fair pricing, professional work, and GREAT customer service. He is the PLUMBER to go to. 100% recommend his service & Company.

This company is fantastic. I had interactions with 3 different members of the team throughout my project which was a large one in terms of scope. All professionalism throughout. Great communication and multiple times they went above and beyond to accommodate us. They are still going above a beyond on another issue I’m having at a different property. Very prompt on communication and outstanding work. I highly recommend them especially for anything that requires tunneling. They do not use subs to do that part which is a huge plus. They were BY FAR the most competitive quote and unbeatable level of service and care was taken on my home. Lastly, their warranty was literally 5 times better than any other bid we received. With a big project like mine that in and of itself is outstanding and peace of mind. That shows you they know their work is top notch and I 100% agree.

Longoria Tunneling and Plumbing repaired a broken water line at our apartment complex (Villa De Oro). The works were very courteous and and understanding of the tenants concerns about when the water would be turned back on. They cleaned up the area they were working in.

Eli and his team have done a fantastic job at out home. We have had major foundation issue with our home caused by water leaks. Longoria replaced all the plumbing under our home. The team who did the tunneling were fast and keep the area clean. They also fixed another leak outside in another area by the kitchen too. Overall , they do great work, have a strong work ethic, good communication and reasonably priced. They stand behind their warranty too. We are very happy with the service we received from Longoria Plumbing.

Due to Texas clay soils and foundation issues I had to replace my entire underground drain pipe, a very expensive headache. I got quotes from over 10 companies and Longoria was the only reasonably priced company. They worked with my existing plumbing assessment instead of wanting to charge extra to perform their own. They communicate well, show up on time, and took good care of me. They got the job done in a timely manner and even took care of other minor issues like uneven toilets and a leaking water spigot. This was a big job that required a full tunnel underneath my entire house and Engineer inspection of the plumbing from the foundation repair company. Longoria worked well with the foundation company and Engineer and had no issues on the inspection. I am really grateful to Eli and crew for taking care of my plumbing and making the process as painless as possible. I will always recommend them to everyone.

I recently had a major issue with a cracked pipe under my house that was causing foundation problems. After receiving three different and conflicting quotes from other plumbing companies, I was feeling overwhelmed and unsure of how to proceed. That’s when I called Longoria, and I am so glad I did. Eli from Longoria came out and immediately stood out from the competition. He took the time to explain why the other companies' assessments were incorrect and even showed me the exact location of the crack using his scope. His explanation of the necessary repairs was clear and made perfect sense. Not only was Eli's diagnosis more accurate, but his quote was also 40% lower than the others, even though he recommended doubling the amount of tunneling to ensure a thorough and lasting repair. Once the work began, it was clear that Eli’s initial assessment was spot on. The other companies would have cost me more in the long run with their incorrect and incomplete solutions.

During our conversation, I mentioned that several foundation companies had told me I needed to fix the plumbing before they could address the foundation issues. Eli informed me that Longoria also specializes in foundation repair and referred me to his colleague, Robert. Just as with the plumbing, I had received three other quotes for the foundation work, and none of them left me feeling confident. Each company suggested repairs in different areas of the house, and it felt like they were all just guessing. When Robert came out, he provided a thorough evaluation and explained in common-sense terms what needed to be done and why. Robert’s recommendation involved installing more piers than the other companies had quoted, yet his price was still HALF the cost of the competition. His team uses high-quality steel piers that are pushed 15 to 20 feet into the ground to a pressure of 10,000 PSI. A solid concrete piling is then placed on top of the steel pier to support the house.

I was in the house when they raised the foundation, and the results were instantaneous. The large cracks in my walls sealed up immediately, and the expansion joint on the side of the house returned to its normal position. To top it all off, the work comes with a lifetime warranty, giving me complete peace of mind. Throughout the entire process, both Eli and Robert were incredibly responsive to all my questions and went above and beyond to ensure the work was done to the highest standard.
