Sheldon Plumbing Service was professional, quick to respond, and offered the fairest pricing in the area. They expertly fixed an issue caused by a faulty SAWS installation—something SAWS refused to take accountability for. While working, they also identified another problem, which I asked them to handle at the same time; they took care of it immediately without hesitation or price gouging. This was by far the best plumbing experience I’ve had in San Antonio. Exceptional service from start to finish, outstanding professionalism, and I truly appreciate their support of Veterans!

Home Serve warranty contracted a toilet clog job to Basin Plumbing. After two hours of attempting to fix a clog the technician left the job site and drove off without letting us know. We called Home Serve and they discovered that the technicians boss told him to leave because of liability issues. Totally unprofessional by both Home Serve and Basin Plumbing Mangement. I thought the tech guy was going to get the clog fixed by taking off the toilet and using an auger. He said that is what he was going to do next. Next thing I know the Basin tech just drove off without telling us anything. Maybe you will have better luck with Basin but I'm sharing my personal experience. I forgive them. Seems like they had a lapse in professional judgement. Sounds like they broke something and then decided to bolt before it became evident. I will find out tomorrow when I hire N.E. to try to fix my mess.

Had water leak that was a 5 on a scale 1 to 10. They gave me same day service. I was surprised and amazed by their overall fast and complete service.

This is our second appointment with Basin Plumbing. First time was in July 2018 to check for a leak outside. Very thorough and no leaks. This visit today was due to an accident which resulted in needing a new toilet. The two gentlemen were very polite, did their work together, and were gone without any mess. The only negative comment would be they came an hour early and did not check to see if it was ok with us. In the furture, I hope they will make that part of the Basin Plumbing protocol when an appt has been scheduled. The customer might not be home! Then what?

Basin Plumbing get the job done. They come in a timely manner and their customer service is great. I highly recommend their services.

The technician was very nice and the service was very good. He arrived slightly later than anticipated, but I was advised of the change. In the future, I will ask for an estimated price as it seemed high to me. To be fair, I did not ask first.

Fantastic service provided. Communication was prompt and all work was completed on time and very professional. When I noticed after the plumber had left that something wasn't correct (at no fault of Basin), they sent someone out the next morning within 30 minutes and fixed a mistake made when the house was built at no cost to me. Would 100% use them again for future projects.

This is a first class company that deserves its standing as a HomeServe brand. I rarely do a second review on a company, but going from a 4 to 5 stars is only fair. Basin actually came to our rescue after being strung along by another company that I won’t name. That other company kept us on the hook with no water for 19 days. It was so bad we had to leave our home. Calls and desperate email were ignored. Guillermo and Jose from Basin came in and were complete pros. The job was big, but when they left, we had running water everywhere and all questions were answered. No mansplaining. No excuses. We appreciate that HomeServe and Basin made us a priority in what had become a dire situation. As for that other company. Read the reviews of local companies. It won’t be hard to identify them.

Rafael and Guillermo are both very professional. The nice lady who answers the phone is like family I just hadn't met yet with a great sense of humor and has helped after hours when she probably didn't have to. Basin has helped me twice now when my previous plumber hadn't been available. One of those times was for a serious out of service issue and A&A Plumbing couldn't seem to make it out. They are close by - I am at 1000 Oaks and Wetmore and less expensive. Today they had to redo a clogged kitchen sink drain that I already paid (did I mention A&A Plumbing?) for a couple of months ago.

When my business system gave him extra problems he was able to figure out how to fix it without breaking the bank. Love working with Basin Plumbing!!

She is happy and very pleasant to speak to. Christie dispatched Guillermo to come find and fix our problem. Guillermo was fantastic! He was very professional, thorough and knowledgeable. You are the absolute worst plumbing company I have ever encountered in all of my home ownership life, not to mention outrageously priced! I believe one of the owner's is a female that answers the phone. She definitely requires a lesson in customer satisfaction!
