Unable to repair the problem, but made recommendations for an approach to complete this repair. Leak was not from the domestic inflow water line from the supplier, but from a feeder line for the pool or sprinkler. I greatly appreciated the thorough explanation of the current situation even if they could not resolve it because it was not from the main domestic feeder line.

I highly recommend Basin Plumbing. I had a water leak on the outside of my house and I contacted HomeServe. Within 15 minutes I had a call from Basin, and an appointment set-up. They did what they said they were going to do, when they said they were going to do it and I am grateful. Everyone from the lady who called me to the tech who came out to repair is was wonderful!

I had a underground water line to break some time between midnight and 3:00 am. When I got up, I found I had no water pressure. When I went to check outside I found water bubbling out of the ground just off my front porch. I contacted my warranty company and they sent some out from Basin Plumbing the same day. A kind young man name Payton show up and got to work right away. He found the broken pipe in no time and repaired it. I had my water back on by noon. Payton was very professional and knew what he was doing. I hope Basin Plumbing reward their employees for a great job. Thank you Payton for a job well done.

The water in the shower backed up in the tub. Water flooded around the toilet. Christy was excellent in getting a person here quickly. I spoke to her at 12p & Payton was here at 12:10 pm. He was professional and did an outstanding job. He was the best plumber I have ever used.

Basin Plumbing was assigned our repair needs via (Home Serve) insurance company. We had an outdoor pipe that burst during the freeze over third weekend in January 2026. Basin Plumbing arrived same day and repair completed in less than 70 minutes.

Patriot Plumbing was the 5th plumbing company I called today, April 26, 2025. Patriot Plumbing accommodated my emergency Plumbing issue. Even it was kind of late and dark, Chris and Loren showed up. Chris is a very experienced and skilled plumber. Not only that Chris replaced the leaking pvc coupling but the whole length of the pvc pipe and pass the water pressure regulating valve. The leak came from a previous repair done by one of the plumbers from Elmer's Plumbing company. Patriot's parts and labor price is very reasonable considering that it was a short notice, it was late and the Water PRV and about 3 fittings were replaced. There was digging involved to access the piped and PRV. Chris also calibrated the PRV and checked my waterheaters for leaks and abnormalities. Another thing I would like to add Patriot Plumbing is trust worthy. I would like to recommend Patriot Plumbing, if ever you need a plumber. I am giving them 5 stars.

I had Patroit Plumbing install Waterdrop Water Filters in my home and my two brothers' home. I did not know that this Water Filtration Equipment is very efficient until Patroit Plumbing introduced it to me. I was so happy and I asked Chris to install in my brothers' home. Nowadays, it is very hard to hire good and honest help/contractors. Just like Elmer's Plumbing, their job was only 6 months old when the pipes at my main line started leaking again. I contacted them but they were not available. I called them again at least 3 times, plus Emails, to get some kind of refund but I did not get any response. Patroit Plumbing lately went out of their way to dropped off replacement water filters for me and for my two brothers. Most contractors do not do this. As I said I recommend Patroit Plumbing to all who needs a plumber with integrity, professionalism, and experience.

I really felt like Patriot Plumbing was interested in getting the work done correctly. They were professional and friendly. Financing was available for major repairs.

Had two issues with our guest restroom in under a year, bobby came through, showed how to fix it, as well as explain what went wrong with the part. Excellent service I 100% recommend.
