After we purchased our home in August, we knew we would be in for some repairs considering the age of the house. We ended up using a plumber through a recommendation. Although the previous plumber was great to deal with, we felt in the middle with how much we ended up spending for the work that was actually done. With having a new washer and dryer we had to update the connections which they did but the drain pipe was so old that it broke off from the foundation in the garage. The previous plumber replaced it and ended up convincing us to pay $1200 for a Hydro jet cleaning of our pipes and then was charged another $400 for camera work, which because of that, we had to forgo installation of a water softener line. Once the work was completed, we were good to go and within a couple of weeks we started noticing our drains in the showers were beginning to drain incredibly slow until it got to the point that water was sitting stagnant for almost 35 minutes until it completely drained. We hesitated calling the initial plumber and so I searched online and came across Patriot Plumbing. I called and made an appointment. Bobby our plumber arrived and spent a good couple hours really getting to the root of the problem. He ended up clearing out our draining issue in our second shower and we made an appointment for him to come back to take care of the master shower. We felt so relieved that everything else with our old cast-iron pipes was checking out to be OK and nothing serious was going on other than some really intensive clogs further down the line that wasn’t addressed by the previous plumber. I was really surprised to see our bill was under $400 for the amount of time Bobby spent clearing out the line. And what was great was they also included camera work with an accompanying video for us to view. Bobby double checked everything and reassured us that the cast-iron pipes were in pretty decent shape for their age. We made a second appointment for Bobby to come out and take care of the master shower which he also spent a good amount of time doing that as well and was very thorough and eventually cleared out that line too. Bobby also noticed that the previous plumber should’ve used a P-trap for the temporary connection for our washing machine and so added a p-trap for a more appropriate connection in order for us to finally use the washing machine until we could get the P-trap underneath the concrete replaced. Overall, with both visits, we spent around $800 for such amazing and precise work compared to the $3200 we spent previously with $1600 just for a hyro jet cleaning and camera work. I really wish we had found Patriot Plumbing before. The customer service and attention and detail of the work done was top notch. We will definitely be setting up an appointment soon to have the p-trap replaced. As new homeowners it’s great to know that we can call on an excellent plumbing company for our plumbing needs in the future knowing they do such exceptional work. Again I wish we had found Patriot Plumbing before. Thank you so much for being outstanding! Our showers both drain perfectly.

Unclothed kitchen drain. The service man was very quick and left the are clean and ready for immediate use. Had to run a snake to clear obstruction, price was very reasonable.

Comment regarding the professional courtesy of Myers Repair Services - they were honest enough to recommend a competitor due to a busy schedule. I will recommend Myers Repair Services and call them back if needed in the future for this reason.

The plumbing company was contacted to investigate a leak in a residence located in a condo-like setting. Unfortunately, they did not appear as expected. They did not inform the Tenant as to the reasons why they could not be present - nor - did they make an attempt to contact him to reschedule the service.

For those who seek to use this vendor, I would highly recommend that you also enlist the services of a second plumbing company as a "back-up" as this vendor seems to be somewhat unreliable.

UPDATE: EMail was sent to Vendor. Vendor responded. Vendor has indicated that actions will be taken to improve Customer Service in the office (which is acceptable).

Great Service. Professional, and repairs were adequate. I placed my call in the early a.m. to request service. The repairmen arrived late afternoon. The time was perfect for me, but I wouldn't recommend for anyone needing service a.s.a.p. The price was suitable for the work done. I paid cash and was owed roughly $5 in change, but out of the 2 workers, they did not have change on hand. I was told that the $5 would be added to the following visit when needed, but failed to see the credit due on my receipt. I should hope that this credit will be applied to a future repair if need be. I should note that I located this service via the Nextdoor app.

There team did an outstanding job taking care of a kitchen sink drain line rerouting in a very timely manner. Very respectful of our needs. Will use them again when needed.
