Sylvia runs the office and is a pleasure to work with. She sent Justin and Richard to repair a leaky bathroom pipe in my home. They were complete gentlemen; kind, courteous and knowledgeable. The charge was very fair. Myers Repair Service is an honest company staffed with people of integrity. I have found my plumbers for life.

What a great experience! Upon returning home from vacation we were welcomed to a trail of water coming out of the garage due to an old rusted water heater. After a few recommendations and a few calls we found Myers to be the best price and they were able to come out the same day which was a great relief.

A couple hours after our call two nice gentlemen were on-site and hard at work. During the installation we noticed that the new expansion tank was really dinged up, the guys indicated it would work properly for the night to get us up and running, but would be back the following day with an undamaged replacement, which they held to their word and installed it the following day.

Fast, quality work, and great customer service!! Will be working with Myers for future needs.

Called this company to schedule an estimate for some work I needed done. Gave all contact info. They said they would send someone by that day or call us back to schedule someone. No one showed up and no one called to schedule a visit.
Called a company down the road from them. They took our info and called back. Showed up that day and did the job the next day. This place should contact them and learn a little something about customer service.

Devon and Tobi are amazing, they had amazing communication, work very quickly and professionally and answered all my questions and concerns. I will contact them anytime for my plumbing needs.

I spoke with Joaquin on the phone in the morning to schedule an appointment to repair some leaking faucets. He said he would come out the same afternoon to make the repairs. I called again hours later, and he confirmed he was coming. He even asked me to send photos of the faucets to see if he had replacements.

By the late evening, he never showed up or called to say he couldn’t make it. I didn’t appreciate the total lack of professionalism or courtesy.

These guys have been nothing short of amazing! Very responsive and worked to fit me into their schedule when I had time off. when the found they were delayed with an emergency call, they contacted me to let me know they were running late, why, and apologized for any inconvenience. When they did arrive at the time they stated, they worked quickly and efficiently to get the job done.

I had a Father's Day emergency -- caused by my own lack of skill -- and I had to leave water turned off on a day when water was needed. Joaquin gave up part of HIS Father's Day to help me out. At 7 at night. What a guy. He added new cutoffs in the bathroom so that the water could be turned back on. And all with the most polite and professional attitude.

He sent out a highly competent and efficient young man, Matt, the next day to finish installing the new faucet. In and out like a flash. We were so pleased that I had him change out all of our cutoffs (all frozen). Matt again did the work. Joaquin made me a very fair price for the work. He is now my plumber. Couldn't be happier.
