We've been using Chambliss for many years for all our plumbing needs. I called this morning about my water heater going out and before dinner time they came and installed a new one. Great service.

Chambliss Plumbing pulled through for us in a timely manner. Justin came out and gave us an estimate to install a new hot water heater and we were able to get in installed that same evening. I was really impressed with the guys who showed up too, Del and Raul. Thanks again guys!

I got this co. Mixed up eith Anchor plumbing. It was supposed to be warranty work. It cost me 138 bucks just to titghten up the device by hand. Took only a minute. He was knowlegeable for this whereas master plumber from Anchor plumbing failed to tighten this up. Anchor plumbing sucks.

We have used the services of Chambliss Plumbing multiple times over the past 10+ years. Their service is always prompt and their technicians are professional, skilled, and efficient. Our service today for a broken toilet flange bolt was no exception. Our technician, Blake, quickly resolved the issue that caused the bolt to break and made the repair in a timely fashion. He was professional, friendly, and made a point of explaining the repair he did and the circumstance that likely caused the bolt to fail. He was fast and efficient and left the work area clean and neat.

Great response, replaced water heater in same day. As always, Jesse and Sean did great job for us. Very pleased with Chambliss and definitely our go-to for plumbing service.

We had a unexpected leak from our ice maker water line. As usual, I attempted to switch out the leaking part only to bend the copper line. Stopped my DIY madness and called Chambliss because of numerous high ratings from neighbors. Bubba showed up at 3:30 during the time window of 3 to 5 PM. He explained what needed to be done and I accepted the bid. Two hours later the job was done and I was able to keep working on another planned home project. We highly recommend Chambliss Plumbing due to their clear explanation of work, pricing, and answers to questions. We would definitely use them again.

Paul, our service tech was great to work with Punctual, polite and very knowledgeable. The whole experience from the time I called the office till the job was completed was above what I expected. Bubba was wonderful! Very professional but at the same time very friendly and engaging. This was the 2nd time we’ve had Jesse(Bubba) come yo our home and both times the exact same way…, very professional yet friendly. He works until he solves the problem and finds a solution. He also weather proofed our outdoor pipes. Everything is does is more than 5 stars.

Chambliss Plumbing came out the same day I called and replaced our hot water heater. We already knew our old one was not repairable after 2 appointments and $500 spent with another company, who then quoted us almost $6,000 to replace the pressure relief valve and water heater. Chambliss did the work, corrected some issues with the overflow drain and replaced the water heater with the same brand the other company was quoting, but for a much lower price. We are very pleased with their work and they will be the plumbing company we call from now on! Thank you Jessie and Raul from Chambliss!

Deric from Chambliss Plumbing arrived on time and performed the necessary diagnostics of my water heater issue, and ordered the required part. He was very professional and communicated very clear. Update: Part came in today and Jesse was able to install, cleaned out membrane and burner. He made sure that the new part worked and water heated. Jesse was very polite, professional, and

Chambliss is our go to for any plumbing service. They are professional, responsive and do quality work at a reasonable price. They recently repaired our water service line that had developed a leak under the driveway. They were able to isolate the leak and have it repaired within a day. After inspection by the City, Chambliss backfilled the excavated area and did an amazing job repairing some incidental landscape damage. They also recently responded to a problem with our water softener and had it repaired the first business day after we called it in. Can't recommend them enough!

Technicians, Arturo and Max, were great. They were polite and professional and fixed our issue! We have used Chambliss for 30 years and highly recommend them.

We had water heater repaired: anode rod and lower heating element due reduced capacity and increased electric use. Happy with repair. Tech was professional and cruised through repairs. Repair cost was comprised of two hours of labor, parts, and service call fee for $560 with a veteran discount.

I called Chambliss Plumbing for a tankless water heater flush and inspection, and they were able to get me in the next day. Adam was on time and very professional and took the time to explain what he was doing. The price is comparable to other outfits. I am confident in the thoroughness of the services provided!

Disappointed to be writing this review, but since I received an invitation to share my experience, I assume they welcome honest feedback.

I’ve used this company in the past and previously had good experiences. About a year ago, they performed what I understood to be the same service for me. This time, however, I was charged nearly $100 more for what seemed like an identical job.

I was also charged what was initially described to me as a diagnostic fee, which was confusing because I specifically scheduled the appointment to have a toilet reinstalled — there was nothing new to diagnose. When I questioned the charge, I was later told it wasn’t a diagnostic fee but that the work took longer than 30 minutes.

My understanding is that the visit covers the first 30 minutes. The technicians called at my gate at 12:41 pm and were back at their truck with tools by 1:09 pm. (I can verify the timing through my doorbell camera.) Based on that timeline, the total time on site was 28 minutes. From my perspective, the hands-on work appeared to be completed within that 30-minute window, so I was unclear why additional time was billed. I may not fully understand how their time is calculated, but it was not clearly explained to me.

It also appeared that an apprentice performed much of the work. As a customer, it was frustrating to feel like I was paying more for a service that previously cost less.

Afterward, I called the office to discuss the charges. I spoke with someone I understood to be a manager, who stood behind the billing. The conversation left me unclear about how the 30-minute service window is calculated — whether it includes labor only or other time such as administrative tasks. I did not feel that my concerns about the timing were meaningfully addressed.

Brian did an excellent job. Unclogged my shower drain in less than 30 min and used the remaining time to look at my water heater popping issue and give advice without extra fee. Great work and very helpful.

Having a water heater leaking in your attic is scary! Chambliss came out the same day and we switched to tankless a few days later. They were good with communicating and did a great job with installing new tankless heater. Very happy with entire experience.
