Paul Delarosa and the gentleman who accompanied him provided excellent customer service today and solved our short term problem (broken hose bib) in a timely manner and my long-term problem (finding arthritis-friendly faucet handles for our hose bib). He suggested a 1/4 turn handle which I can easily turn and we will be getting the remaining 4-outdoor faucets replaced in the very near future. Professional and empathetic. 5+ star service all the way!!!! Thank you.

Jesse did a great job in describing the causation of my water leak and suggesting ways to prevent it in the future. He was quick in completing the work and very thorough. Would absolutely ask for him the next time I need plumbing repairs.

Blake did a great job in diagnosing my water heater tried to fix a certain part on my water heater, but ended up not being the issue despite the manufacturer telling him it was. He then ordered the new part And will be installing it here soon. At a good price also!

Chambliss always does a fantastic job. Very professional. Good communication to let us know what is going on and what our options are. The guys are all very courteous and down to earth and friendly. They give us good recommendations and they prices are very fair and reasonable.

Unfortunately there are no free estimates. Everything else looks good though. I basically called to see if they did. Calling for a friend of the family and explained the issue. Received a reply back and was informed that they do not do estimates, and proceeded to mention how the cost of the repair is calculated. Respectfully I understand that. However I feel that its more of a take it or leave it situation not allowing to shop around. Perhaps someday this will be allowed.

This was my first experience with Chambliss Plumbing after a friend recommended this company. I am very pleased with the job done and feel the price charged was fair. Del and Max were very professional and took the time to explain details. I would not hesitate to call them again.

We have had them come out anytime there has been a plumbing issue over several years - including recently replacing our hot water heater and fixing a leak issue. Every single time they have been prompt, very honest, thorough and clear with what is going on. They do not try to oversell you services you don’t need and are very reasonably priced as well. Everyone is very nice and responsive which is why we use them over and over again and will continue to use their services. A really great plumbing company with pilot people, prompt service, reasonable pricing and helpful with immediate fixes.

Chambliss Plumbing Company was top notch, "A" #1 and just wonderful! Easy to talk to from the scheduling to the on site work. Even though they couldn't get to us until the next morning, They were on time and got directly to our issue. Gabe and Bubba were both friendly and knowledgeable. Major slab leak repair. One repair turned into 4 but Blake and Austin at Chambliss Plumbing took care of it in a timely efficient manner. Everything was explained clearly. We understood the process and the timeframe needed to complete the project. They cleaned up daily and left no mess. They were good about working around my crazy schedule and it took 3 days of long hours but everything was done completely and in top notch fashion. I appreciate the easy scheduling and great customer service. Water leaks are never convenient but it was a great all-around experience.

Returned from a trip to backed up pipes. Figured the line needed to be snaked. Called Roto-Rooter. Quick response. Quick work. Recommend.

Called and someone came on thanksgiving night for a stopped up toilet and bath tube. He wasn’t able to unclog them but gave great advice and what could be the problem. Highly recommend this company!!
