I will hire them for all future plumbing issues. Called multiple companies for some plumbing test I needed and they were all outrageously priced. Foundation plumbing was extremely fair priced, responded immediately, and went above and beyond what I hired them for. I will recommend them to everyone. Very satisfied!

I hired Foundation Plumbing Services to hydrostatic test my house's sewer plumbing, and then pin point a sewer line leak and repair it.

Working with Foundation Plumbing Services was a positive experience overall. They were responsive to my request and provided an appointment to perform a Static Test within a few days. They arrived on-site on-time, thoroughly explained what they were going to do, listened and answered all of my questions, and treated my property with respect throughout the entire service call. They conducted themselves with the highest degree of professionalism and did a thorough job. They presented positive results without any unnecessary upselling or pressure to perform other services. The cost was so reasonable that I stood there waiting for the other shoe to drop which it never did. It was truly a pleasant experience, and I will continue to use Foundation Plumbing Services for all my future plumbing needs.

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Foundation Plumbing services!. From the beginning, starting with the 1st test, everyone has been very pleasant to deal with.
Everything they did, or were going to do, was explained in detail! I was also shown pictures!

We noticed a leak on the side of the house and contacted Foundation Plumbing Services. It turns out we had a leak in both the hot and cold lines. Adrian explained in a very kind way that we needed to reroute the lines throughout the house. He was very understanding of our financial situation and let us know about their financing option. Adrian went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Foundation Plumbing Services.

Better prices than some of the other plumbers and they were friendly, efficient, and communicative. We had them repair a sewer line separation at my house and reseat a toilet and could not be happier with their work. Would highly recommend!

We hired Foundation Plumbing Services to perform a hydrostatic test before our foundation repairs and again afterward. Both times, they confirmed that our plumbing was in good shape.

Then, through a strange series of events, some other plumber (apparently friends with someone from the foundation crew) came by and claimed that our sewer line was broken under the house—conveniently quoting us a $19,225 repair. Alarmed, we reached back out to Kelli and she immediately sent her team back out the next day to give us peace of mind.

Sure enough, they rechecked everything and confirmed that our plumbing was perfectly fine, saving us from an expensive and unnecessary scam. They showed us the water holding at every visit. Thank you Kelli, Steven, Adrian and Foundation Plumbing Services! You saved us from a panic and $19K.

As we were a nervous wreck, Steven arrived 10 minutes before our scheduled appt. So we weren’t left waiting any longer. He was very kind and patient in explaining this process and answering all our questions. He took his time with our test explaining each step as we went along. I witnessed him thoroughly checking and double checking his work. He was very focused , organized and prepared with his equipment on hand. He kept his work area very clean and removed what little debris from his work. He replaced everything back correctly and
explained the result of our testing and provided us with a copy for our records.
Prior to this, we have never heard of such a test as this was our first experience. We are grateful this company was recommended to us as we would HIGHLY recommend them to all.

Foundation Plumbing Services recently performed a hydrostatic test in my home. While the results were not what I was hoping for, I had a good experience with this company. The plumber Steven, was very polite, professional and thorough. He explained each step of the process and answered all of my questions. After he left, there was no trace that he had ever been in my home. I highly recommend Foundation Plumbing Services.

In September 2024, I had a plumbing issue, and called Roto-Rooter to come fix it. They diagnosed, resolved, and fixed my issue quickly. Then, in June 2025, less than ten months later, I had the exact same issue crop up in the exact same place. When I had them back out to inspect it, I received a quote for a lot more work than anticipated. I felt as though I were being pushed and persuaded, though I can ascribe some of that to the potential urgency of the issue. The five-year warranty offered had terms that were nebulous at best, and I decided to get a second opinion.

I contacted Foundation Plumbing Services, and they gave me a second quote based on Roto-Rooter's proposal before coming out and performing an in-person inspection. It was determined that less work was needed, and that a better (clearer) warranty could be provided, so I accepted the proposal.

After excavation, they were able to point out the particularly shoddy work that was done before, where pipes were unprimed, unsealed, and unsupported beneath the foundation. The pipes literally were able to be removed by hand without tools, and in fact fell away on their own.

I was shown the work that was completed by Foundation Plumbing Services, and could see that the work was done securely, and it was confirmed by a hydrostatic test afterwards.

This whole interaction with Foundation Plumbing Services has been professional, thoughtful, and seemed to want to do right by us. I'd like to mention Adrian particularly, who was my primary contact and who performed much of the work with his partner Tristan, because both of them were great. Kelli, as well, was the person who primarily handled our case, and she was informative, communicative, and helpful.

We have worked with Kelli and the professional staff at Foundation Plumbing over the course of the last year and I have been repeatedly impressed by the great attitude, follow through and follow up after the work was completed. They have been a pleasure to work with and they all make a genuine effort at customer satisfaction.

I am so happy with the service I received today. The guys were efficient and explained everything to me in detail. They were friendly and very professional. I will definitely have them back if I have any future plumbing needs.

Great service! Were able to get a couple of techs out to us right away. Steve and Michael determined the problem and fixed it fast. Price was less than I was expecting.

Great people and straight forward they came to check if there a leak under the foundation after he used the camera and said can’t see any alarming things but he was not satisfied so he went further and kept checking to make sure 100% there wasn’t leaks anywhere great job thank you very much

Our technician was timely , knowledgeable, showed concern to be sure timing wasn’t interfering with my family situation and I appreciated him wearing shoe covers showing concern for cleanliness in my home. I was referred to Foundation Plumbing by Kenan Alic with Olshan Foundation. I called to let them know I was having foundation repairs done and wanted to get a hydro-static test done. They were very prompt and courteous with setting up the initial appointment and advised that no repairs would be done if problems were found. They explained that a 2nd appointment would be scheduled, for additional leak testing. Steven and his associate showed up during the promised time frame and went through the process again, making sure that I understood. Steven went through all the steps, and they did discover a break pretty early on,.which they showed me on the screen. They checked my psi, and also noted it was really low. We talked about a pressure regulation valve that I had installed several years back. They explained what it will entail to fix that. Overall, I found them very informative, courteous, and very clear about how they would go about locating and repairing the breaks. I'm looking forward to having everything back into working, order.
