Foundation plumbing services is an excellent business. I now have peace of mind that my plumbing repair is done and done very well.
Kelly was absolutely wonderful to work with on all kinds of issues. Everything was explained very well and the results were great.
I would definitely use this business in the future and recommend them to others. -
Foundation Plumbing is top rated in my book. I will be calling them in the future for any plumbing issues I may encounter. Kelly in the office explains things so thoroughly that I am amazed. Also Steven the technician is so spot on every time I speak to him. Their prices are very good too.
I definitely would recommend them to anyone at all that has plumbing needs!! -
Foundation plumbing is fantastic!!! From Kelly in customer service to all the service techs. I’ve never had one that wasn’t the absolute best. Great service, accommodating, prompt and courteous. As a business owner I appreciate the superior service and being made to feel as though my business is actually important to them. You guys are awesome!!!

Very professional service provided. I received an alert about 1 hour before their arrival, which gave me time to prepare the area to be serviced. Adrian took his time to let us know what work he was goung to perform and at the end of the service, he explained his findings. He also sent the report promptly to my email so that I could forward it to the foundation company.

Adrain was here the last time, for pinpointing, and fixing! He answered all questions and kept us updated on all that was going on and he worked a long day! They are neat and cleanup is great!
They have met all my needs!
Highly recommend!!! 5 stars! -
This was my second time using Grant & Sons Plumbing, and both visits have been fantastic. Carter was very professional and treated our home in San Antonio with respect. Even though they're busy and working long hours, he stayed positive and friendly the whole time. I needed help tracing a sewer line, and the pricing was clearly explained ahead of time—what I was quoted is exactly what I paid. The payment was easy too, with a quick online portal you can use from your phone. I also got helpful text updates to let me know when they were on the way and throughout the job. For any plumbing work, this is the first company I call.

i needed a new water heater for my place in san antonio, so i reached out to curtis for the installation. after sending him a few pictures, it turned out i had picked up the wrong type of water heater, and the store i bought it from didn’t have the right one in stock. when i called curtis to cancel, he said he’d make a few calls and see what he could do. he took care of everything—found the correct water heater and made sure it was delivered and installed right on time, even with all the extra work. about two hours later, we had our new water heater hooked up and hot water running. the whole process was super smooth, and i really appreciate curtis going the extra mile to help us out. highly recommend their plumbing services to anyone in san antonio!

We started having trouble with our water pressure at our place in San Antonio. At first, we thought it was just the water heater and the well pump, so we had both replaced, but the pressure still wasn’t right. We were even told we might need to drill a brand-new well, which sounded stressful and expensive. We decided to get a second opinion and called Santiago from the plumbing company. Santiago showed up quickly, checked everything out, and found that mud was getting into the well, causing all the trouble. Santiago came back out, replaced the pressure tank, put in a sleeve, and sealed up the well so nothing could get in. Now, for the first time in decades, we have strong water pressure and our water is super clean—no mud or coliform at all. I really recommend this plumbing company to anyone in San Antonio who’s having well or water pressure issues. Their work made a huge difference for us!

A while back, the water heater in my rental property stopped working, and I noticed it had a sticker from the original installer placed many years ago. Out of curiosity, I called Grant & Sons Plumbing, and Jerome answered the phone. He said he might not have installed it himself, but it could have been his father’s job. The very next day, Jerome replaced the old water heater, took care of all the permits, and everything passed inspection without any issues. Since then, I’ve hired them for my own home and other rentals for different plumbing jobs—like installing and repiping vanities, swapping out old radiators, and repairing steam radiators. Every time, the work is done quickly, neatly, and at a fair price. I feel confident that if I ever have a plumbing problem, they’ll respond right away to make things right. It’s hard to find honest plumbers these days, but with them, there’s never any price gouging or hassle.

After calling around to several plumbing companies in San Antonio for estimates, I found that the service call fee here was very reasonable for my small plumbing job. When I first called, Curtis answered the phone and was super friendly—he let me explain everything I needed without making me feel rushed or silly, even when I wasn’t sure what some plumbing parts were called. Other places I tried weren’t nearly as patient or understanding. I decided to go with Grant & Sons Plumbing because Curtis was able to come out the same day for an estimate. He was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We needed the guest bathroom faucet capped off before some flooring work, and Curtis took care of it quickly. He even returned later to install the vanity, put in a new faucet, and replaced the shut-off valves under the sink. After finishing, he stuck around to chat and shared some helpful tips about my home’s plumbing system, which I really appreciated. Compared to other plumbers we’ve used before, this experience was much better. Next time I have any plumbing issues, this is definitely the company I’ll call!

i recently had a problem with my water heater—water was leaking from the bottom and there was no hot water in the house. i called the plumber early in the morning and frank got back to me quickly. frank talked me through turning off the water and draining the tank over the phone, which really helped prevent a bigger mess. even though frank had a lot of jobs already, he came out the same day to check everything and explained clearly what needed to be done. he said i needed a new water heater and managed to fit me into his schedule the next day. he installed the new unit and got my hot water running again in no time. frank was professional, on time, and made sure the job was done right. i definitely recommend calling him for any plumbing issues you have, especially with water heaters.

we had an emergency ceiling leak on a saturday and needed a plumber fast. grant & sons plumbing answered our call right away and got a plumber scheduled to come out within an hour. i appreciated getting a text with the plumber's info and photo before arrival, which felt very secure and up-to-date. isaac showed up on time, was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything about the leak and repair process. he was very thorough in finding the source of the problem, fixed it quickly, and made sure to clean up afterwards. the pricing was shown clearly on a tablet, with different options that made it easy to choose what worked best for our budget. out of all the home services i’ve used in san antonio, this was by far the smoothest and most professional experience. i’ll definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

We had an issue with water backing up between two sinks and the dishwasher in our home here in San Antonio. Santiago arrived right on time and handled the problem quickly and efficiently. He was extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He explained the minimum service charge (which made sense), and since there was time left, he even offered to check all our bathrooms. He cleaned out the drains and adjusted two of our faucets. Honestly, he could have just finished the main job and left, but he went above and beyond to help us out. The work was done really well, and it's clear they're trustworthy and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Grant & Sons Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumber!

We want to give a big thank you to Grant & Sons Plumbing for their outstanding service. Our family went through some tough times and they treated us just like their own. Carter and the team quickly repaired our pipes, and installed a new shower, tub, and sink so my husband could stay comfortably on the main floor of our house. He wasn’t able to use the stairs, but they made everything work even though we weren’t on their schedule. Their kindness and caring approach really stood out, and their customer service is top-notch. We’re grateful for all that they did and would recommend them to anyone needing plumbing help.

we had a new electric water heater installed in our home in san antonio. after checking around, we found this plumbing company had the best price. the plumber, santiago, called before arriving just like he said he would and showed up right on time. santiago was friendly, polite, and really knew his plumbing work. he finished the installation quickly, and we had hot water again soon after. later, santiago called to let us know there was a small code issue with the water heater and gave us two options. we picked the one with no extra cost and set up an appointment for the next morning. not long after, santiago called back to say that one of the owners said the other method was actually the correct way to do it, and they would take care of it at no extra charge. that’s great honesty and customer service. the next morning, santiago returned right on schedule and fixed the code issue. he also made sure to clean up any mess from the job, which we really appreciated. overall, we’re very happy with the service and would definitely recommend this plumbing company to anyone in san antonio. if we need more plumbing help in the future, we’ll ask for santiago again.

Had a big leak in my dining room from the baseboard heater, and of course it happened on a Sunday during the super bowl. luckily, i found Grant & Sons Plumbing online and called right away. blake showed up at my place in about 30 minutes, even though i couldn’t get the water shut off myself. he replaced a copper pipe and did some welding, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. a couple hours later, i found another leak in the basement that was connected to the first problem. i called again that night, and he said he’d be back in the morning to handle it without any extra charge. he came back as promised and swapped out the leaking valve quickly. price was a bit high, but honestly i figured it would be on a sunday. really happy with the service and would recommend to anyone needing a plumber!

I reached out to Grant & Sons Plumbing to get a new water heater installed. curtis answered my call right away and came over pretty quick. i had been looking into tankless water heaters and asked curtis to explain the pros and cons. he shared really helpful advice, which made my choice easier, so i decided to go with the tankless one. the installation was done fast and the work was neat. a few days later, i had some stubborn clogs in my bathroom sink and bathtub. curtis handled both problems quickly and made sure everything was draining smoothly. while he was there, he also checked my water pressure and honestly told me it was just right, so i didn’t need any extra work done. i had a couple of shower heads i wanted installed, and curtis put those in without any trouble. now i can enjoy a nice, relaxing shower. if you want a plumber who shows up on time, gives you honest advice, and does solid work, you should definitely give them a call.

after we found out our hot water heater was leaking and noticed some water damage, grant & sons plumbing sent carter over the same day to check things out. carter quickly set up a new water heater, but it turned out the new unit had a manufacturing problem—not their fault at all. blake and easton kept coming back, even staying late some nights, to make sure everything was fixed right. now we finally have working hot water again. it’s rare these days to find plumbers who really care about their customers, but these guys truly go the extra mile. we’re happy to have such a reliable and knowledgeable plumbing team to call whenever we need help in the future.

We’ve called Grant & Sons Plumbing twice now—once for a bathroom leak and another time for a water issue in the ceiling. Both times Curtis came out to check things out and figure out what was wrong. Another plumbing company tried to tell us we needed to replace all our pipes right away for a huge amount, but Curtis inspected everything, did a thorough assessment, and let us know that routine maintenance would be enough for now. He also took the time to help us track down the source of the ceiling leak and gave us clear advice on what to do next. We really appreciate the honest work and helpful tips. We won’t use anyone else for our plumbing needs in San Antonio.

i strongly recommend this plumbing company in san antonio. they really care about helping you fix your plumbing problems the right way. we first called them when we had a stubborn clog that two other plumbers couldn’t solve. curtis came out and discovered there were double blades stuck in our pipes, which happened because of a previous plumber’s mistake. when curtis saw that the job needed special equipment he didn’t have, he didn’t just try to sell us another service. instead, he pointed us to a company with the right tools to get the job done for good. they could have just kept charging us for hydro-jetting every few months, but instead they helped us find a permanent solution. it’s rare to find a local, family-owned plumbing company that cares more about results than just making money. we’re really grateful for their honesty and hard work.

my parents were having a plumbing problem at their house in san antonio—the toilet was flushing really slow, barely working at all. we figured out the septic tank was full, so they called grant & sons plumbing for help. i talked with easton over the phone, and he was great. they actually had a cancellation, so the crew got to the house in about an hour, which was super fast. the plumbers got straight to work and pumped out the septic tank right away. but here’s what really impressed me: even after they did the main job, the toilet still wasn’t flushing right. it wasn’t their fault, but instead of just leaving, walter and isaac brought out extra tools and offered to help us find what else might be wrong. they didn’t have to do that, but they wanted to make sure everything was working before they left. my parents are getting older, and the team really treated them with kindness and respect, almost like family. when they were done, the toilet and pipes worked like they were brand new. the plumbers never acted like it was a hassle or that they were in a hurry. if you need a plumber in san antonio, i definitely recommend calling them. they go above and beyond and really care about their customers.
