I really like this company. We have a place outside of Waelder. Not easy to find. They still got there when promised. Detail explanation and amazing attention to detail. The technician provided step by step details of what needed to be done and did not pressure in any way. Offered up a few options. These folks are straight shooters and just trying to get you the best service at a very fair price!

I had hydrostatic test done to maintain the warranty on plumbing repair that was done a year ago.
Everyone I have dealt with at Foundation Plumbing has been professional, friendly and courteous.
Micheal and Adrian did the testing, and kept me informed throughout the process.
Erica and Kelly made setting up the appointment a breeze, even when I had to reschedule
I highly recommend the great group of folks!

Austin and Juan were fabulous. Pinpoint sewer testing is slow and laborious. But these guys did a great job keeping me in the loop as testing was ongoing. When they left, after pulling two toilets and the plumbing underneath two sinks, there was no evidence that they had ever been there. If all plumbers were this concern about the client's house as well as the work to be done, life would be a breeze. Thank you Austin and Juan for a good job well done.

UPDATE: after a leak was found, we scheduled a time to fix the leak. That meant digging under the house, under the slab to be specific, over to the bathroom piping. First thing Monday morning, digging commenced, and by Tuesday afternoon the piping had been located some 20 ft under the house. On Wednesday, the plumbers came in, crawled under the house fixed the known leak, then tested, and determined there was another small leak. They crawled back under the house and fix that, came out and tested again, and determined all leaks had been fixed. On Thursday, the plumbers came back to ensure there was no leaking overnight, and that afternoon the engineer came and verified the work was complete and done in accordance with standards. On Friday, the two digger men came back, they fixed where the cement had been chipped away to expose piping underneath the house. They then commenced to refill the space under the house and the large hole beside the house. When they were finished, you could barely tell any digging had happened. To top it off, they used sponges to clean the outside and the screening of my patio enclosure that was right next to the big dig. Every single person I encountered and what should have been a very stressful and messy time did their utmost to ensure I understood what was happening and how long it was going to take. I believe this is the single best plumbing company I have ever encountered in my nearly 70 years. Kudos to Kelly at the office, Juan, Adrian, and the two gentlemen who did the digging. Unfortunately I did not get their names. Absolutely, positively recommend this company 100%! Picture show the initial dig as they started to go under the house/slab. The next picture is just the pile of dirt coming out from under the house, the next picture is after they filled in the hole. It's hard to even tell where they had been digging. We didn’t expect this to be diagnosed and fixed quickly and inexpensively but we were pleasantly surprised. We got both! It was fixed same day and it didn’t cost a fortune. Highly recommend these guys!

The two-person team at Foundation Plumbing Services were exceptional. Adrian M. and his team member were very professional, courteous, and meticulous. We had to have our home inspected for a possible leak in the plumbing. We couldn't find the location for the outside clean-out, but they ran a camera though the laundry room clean-out and located it and excavated the clean-
out outside the home to perform their plumbing test. We were not only happy with the results, but very pleased with the quality of work, professionalism, and their work ethics--they also cleaned up and swept all the debris. Would highly recommend!

Saved thousands on what i thought was wrong vs what was actually wrong. Foundation came in, diagnosed the problem within about 15 minutes, fixed it in 10, and the bill was reasonable for the work done- better if you add the quick response and professional presentation of the plumber. Thanks!!

After a foundation inspection it was suggested to have a leak test done. The two who did the inspection were very professional ,knowledgeable and courteous. They did not find a leak and you really have to appreciate their honesty.. Some other company may take advantage of the situation but they didn't. I felt comfortable they knew what they were doing and would definitely recommend them.

Adrian came out to check for leaks after my foundation had been repaired. He and his helper were both very nice and professional. He explained what they would be doing and helped me understand the procedure he would be doing. The nice lady that answered the phone was also very helpful and nice. 👍

It was seamless working with Kelly and her plumbers. I felt confident in having her plumbers in my home. I did not feel weird at all. You never know what's going to happen when somebody comes in your house. I felt super confident. I also got their information from Les with Olshan. They had a special running for $95 for a orthostatic hydro test that normally costs like $700 elsewhere. Great company doesn't matter that they're coming from San Antonio they go everywhere.

Second to none. First contact with Kelly, she was very patient and helpful and answered all my numerous questions. Communication prior to the visit was great. Steven, the tech, told me the process and kept me informed of each step. since this was my first experience having to do this, especially concerning my home, I was very impressed with the quality of service from foundation. I will strongly recommend them to others.

We had our foundation repaired and we needed to have the pipes inspected for warranty purposes. Our foundation company recommended Foundation Plumbing Services. Adrian and his helper arrived an hour earlier than expected. Adrian explained in detail everything that they would be and approximately how long it would all take. While waiting for his helper to finish putting our toilet back together Adrian answered questions that I had and was very personable. I would recommend Foundation Plumbing Services to anyone looking for excellent customer service!

Foundation Plumbing Services is an awesome company! I called them and spoke with Kelly, and she was very helpful with answering all my questions and getting me scheduled the next day. Kelly in the office is fantastic. She has been coordinating excavation, plumbing & foundation company. We thought we had a small problem. Unfortunately it was no small task. Adrian, Tristen, Steven & Michael are all polite and explain everything they are doing.

Absolutely outstanding service!
I had a major issue with my shower drain not working, and it turned out that roots had grown into the drain line under my house. The crew came out, diagnosed the problem quickly, dug under the house, cut out the damaged section, and replaced the line. They had everything fixed and running perfectly in no time. Super fast, professional, and really knew what they were doing. I couldn’t be more impressed. Highly recommend this plumbing company!
