The 2 man team was thorough and efficient. Worked well together. Friendly, respectful, and cleaned up afterwards. If I ever have the problem again, this will be my call. It's not about the ad, it really works.

Service was quick and very efficient, Dale was prompt, courteous. When it comes to unclogging tubs or main lines I only rely on Rooter Rooter. Dale was able to show me all the service calls I’ve made in the past, so I know I’ve relied on RR many times with great satisfaction..

Cori did an absolutely amazing job fixing a leaking shut off valve. The valve had hard water damage and was seized in the open position. He replaced the valve with the existing pipe extended into the cabinet under the sinks, thus preventing costly cutting into the wall. He was honest and put care into doing a good a job. Everything you could ask for in a plumber, a true professional.

Chris arrived in the middle of the night, promptly addressed all of my questions and concerns, and efficiently resolved the issue with my clogged bathtub. I was very satisfied with the quality of his work and would gladly request Chris for any future plumbing needs.

We had a septic emergency with extreme backup in all drains and the clean out pipe.
The technician that showed up (Jason) was great, he was able to locate and clear the primary blockage and put a request in for video with his team of the sewer system because he believed there was a major issue behind the blockage. He was correct in doing so and located a collapsed pipe.

Seth was great! He showed up at almost 1 in the morning for an emergency that we had in the middle of the night. Got the problem taken care of and was very communicative about the process and what to expect moving forward.

Licensed Plumber Johnny Garcia was terrific. Not only was he professional but he was also thorough and explained everything involved in the service.Top Notch!

Excellent quick response. I had a water leak from attic through 3nd floor to the dinning room. With in two hours lead was on screen. An hour after that the demo team was on sight. All were very professional and courteous.

All demo and set up for dryout was done ad expected.

The team from Roto Rooter was fantastic. Our first technician Daniel Gonzalez removed the toilet and augured the pipe making sure any blockage was cleared then replaced the toilet. Daniel’s professionalism and great personality made a horrible situation better to deal with. Then came Julio Aleman and his team to scope the pipes and do the repairs. Michael showed up to see if we needed water abatement and Ashley Meza to discuss a water softener. This wasn’t an emergency since we have a second bath, but they started the next day fixed two different pipe issues and a main water line leak. Overall, I would recommend the Roto Rooter team to anyone needing plumbing repairs.

They guys were very professional, polite and did a great job. Went above and beyond to help arrange for a more experienced plumber for another project. Very satisfied.

Local plumber was not available for a couple days for a tub that was not draining at a rental; Roto Rooter was able to come out and clear the clog / have all the work done within a few hours of initial call. We were very satisfied with William’s service and expect we will use Roto Rooter again in the future.
