Jeff Daniel and Mike were helpful professional and courteous with my plumbing concerns.i was surprised just how quickly they arrived ready to work on my problem. I was impressed with their diagnostic abilities and how thorough the job was. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber in the future. Also Joe Alvarado the water mitigation supervisor has been very attentive patient and helpful with all my concerns. I had (unexpectedly) great experience with the company (technician Darrel). My kitchen sink was not draining water and after contacting home warranty they sent their contracted company who after running a snake was unable to unclog it and said that it was most likely a broken pipe in foundation, which repair could cost ‘thousands’.. You can imagine the amount of stress it caused- and it was day before thanksgiving. I spent two days trying to find different companies for their opinion and i came across this company. Darrel came same day -on Sunday afternoon- and what i PARTICULARLY APPRECIATED was that he said that if trying to unclog it by running a snake would not work i would not be charged for that. That showed me that he understood my concerns and was focused on moving the work- getting results and not just trying to charge me for inspection regardless of the results. And it turned out there was no broken pipe (thank God), he inspected the pipes with the camera and the overall experience was better than i could expect in this situation. Darrel was very professional, i could tell he was trying to understand what the problem might be, went outside to orient himself in terms of where the main line is, opened and checked the outside outlets. Overall very professional and i could tell- HONEST approach. So i hope this review helps someone else in similarly stressful situation to chose the company /technician that is focused to help.

They came out to my house at 9PM on a Saturday night to clear a sewer blockage. Seth was great. Very professional and personable. Responded within an hour. Incredibly affordable! (especially for after hours on a weekend night) They now have my business forever. Thank you!

Eddie was super helpful. He thoroughly explained all the weird nuances in our old house that we just purchased and was able to snake both our pub and our kitchen sink line and completely unclogged them. He also gave me a preventative maintenance solution to use for the year.

Daniel was fantastic. For $75, he came and looked at the faucet replacement job and explained that it would require a contractor, to be thoroughly done. He then looked at another faucet we considered replacing, and quoted a price for labor that was approximately $500+/hr!
Daniel was very friendly and informative and I was happy to have him inspect our job, but couldn't afford to have Roto-rooter do the job. Very frustrated that the labor is so unreasonably high, not to mention the cost of the fixtures with the potential mark ups.

Our service rep was great, Koby Lee. I did not call for service until around 4pm and by 5:30 he was here. It was a very difficult job and was here until about 9pm. He had to call for assistance and the 2nd guy was here pretty quickly. They finally got the kitchen sink unclogged. Left no messes.

Quick response! Matt was on site within 90 minutes, and the leak was fixed in less than 4 hours from my call. Friendly and knowledgeable team. Highly recommend!

Cori from Roto Rooters detected the leak we were having within the first hour he showed up at our home. Just when we were beginning to lose hope that we were making a claim on our insurance without having solid proof of leak detection, he came through and was able to make the process easier for us to proceed. Anthony, the field supervisor has been nothing short of amazing during this process and we can't begin to explain how he made the whole claim process that much easier for us. We also can't forget about Jacob with the Demo and setting up various fans throughout our home. All in all, I would recommend the services thay Roto Rooters runs as A++.

I just had my bathtub faucet cartridge replaced by Eddie, and I have to say it was a great experience. Eddie showed up for my emergency within the hour, addressed the problem, and fixed it within 15 mins. He did all of his checks and walked me through the work needed and done, very professional. I will definitely be calling him back if I have any issues with my plumbing. Great work, very transparent, and a very nice guy. Couldn't be more thrilled about handling this situation, and trusting Eddie.

They showed up within the hour, on short notice, when most companies would have said, “See you tomorrow.” They were professional, kind, and somehow kept their sense of humor while handling something no human should have to face before dinner time.

Called at 1pm and spoke to a rep then within 20min a supervisor both called and texted me with a few follow up questions and let me know a plumber would be out asap. Was at my house with in a hour. Diagnosed the issue in about 45min. What I thought was a simple “surface problem” turned out to be a major 3 foot plumbing issue. Plumber Johnny took care of my problem SAME DAY! Took the hours to take care of the issue on the spot . Took about 5 hours even through the dark, he took the time to clean everything up properly. In today’s economy what you pay for is what you get, quality service for a quality price. I highly highly recommend this company.

I called to get info on their service, man answered said $75 to come out and give a quote. Waived if I hired but couldn’t give me any estimate at all over phone. I understand that. However, i explained the problem… just one pipe.. he said he couldn’t tell me anything else. As soon as I said well my feedback is… he hung up. Lost a customer.

Cori was fantastic! He fixed my water heater fast and took the time to explain what was going on. Super friendly, patient, and professional the whole time. I really appreciated how easy he made the whole situation and how comfortable he was to work with, especially during a stressful breakdown. Roto-Rooter is lucky to have him. Highly recommend!

We phoned RR after discovering a water leak at one of our childcare centers. We were told someone would arrive between 9am - 10am. Mr. Daniel G arrived about 30 minutes early, quickly assessed the issue and provided the solution. I've never used RR in the past but Daniel G's professionalism and knowledge has earned my business. I recommend anyone who calls for service ask for Daniel G as their technician.

Daniel Gutierrez did an outstanding job in unclogging our sewer line. He kept at it and did not give up and finally broke through the blockage (over 3 hours). Well done! We had a clogged kitchen pipe. I called Roto Rooter Monday morning. They were able to get us an appointment that morning. Daniel came over to assess the problem. Daniel was very professional and knowledgeable. Daniel was able to get job the same day for a reasonable price! Thank you Daniel and Ty.

Really perplexing how they have such a good rating. I had a leak at 3am, scheduled the plumber to arrive promptly at 8. When I asked about pricing, the person on the line said they have no information on pricing— suspicious. They assured me that the $75 site visit fee to assess the plumbing will be deducted from the price. I was expecting maybe $150 to replace a water intake pipe to the dishwasher.

The repairman arrived at 11am….. I told him my frustration about the fact that I had to book the services without any knowledge of their pricing. And I expressed my frustration that I scheduled this plumber visit at 6am and it was then 11am by the time he arrived. He even agreed that this policy was not fair and a bit predatory.

I paid $500 for this plumber to replace a water intake pipe. He even took his lunch while repairing this. No sense of urgency, and no true service when you book with this company.

And the worst part is all the advertising emails you get. It’s all spam and they don’t even offer a good service. I would NEVER recommend this company.

AWESOME COMPANY AND SERVICE! Intake call was a little iffy, so it did sort of threw me off but she got us a immediate response and appointment. Both Johnny and Jacob came out completed the evaluation and quote. They also knew I had another company scheduled to give us a quote as well due to my parent's previous horrible experience. Re: Price, we thought pricey but we don't have anything to compare it to. After discussion that afternoon with my parents, just because of the men's presentation and quick to come, we moved forward. My parents had been in this nightmare long enough. The guys came out next day, and finished project in ONE DAY!!! My parents finally had running water, no more buckets of water, shower plumbing ready to go and unknownst to us, the toilet had issue and they took care of it. No money up front either. Waited for job to be complete, to be examined and once satisfied provided the invoice!!!!! Totally recommend them. Will be having them come out to my house next for quote.

The guys let me know when they were on their way. They arrived on time. They were professional, they communicated effectively, and answered every question I had. I didn't know Foundation Plumbing tested existed until I needed it. This is a scary $$$ situation, and the guys made it a little easier to navigate through the process of testing. I highly recommend this company!
