Outstanding service provided on a Sunday; I called other 3 companies, and they were not as nice as Patriot, Mr. Herrera, spent several hours on Sunday, and he came back on Wednesday as we had things to do outside of town,he came today July 30th and finish the job, we were pleased with their professionalism, of this company, well represented by they workers.

Technician Bobby was informative, respectful, and completed the job promptly. He discovered issues the previous plumber had installed incorrectly on one of our toilets on the 2nd floor. This faulty installation caused our kitchen drywall to get flooded with a sewage leak on the first floor. Bobby rebuilt a new toilet flange and cleared a blockage deep in our pipes. I highly recommend using Patriot Plumbing. We will be using them again in the future.

Worked with Bobby on replacing my water softener as well as correcting drainage for existing. He explained to me the issue with the previous drainage set up which made logical sense as it was coming from the bottom of the wall up behind washer/dryer to drain which ultimately leaves water....simple physics that wasn't thought about when initial softener was installed. He made it come from the same level as the head of softener once in the home it had a gradual decline to the drain. Again, simple physics. What I liked most was that Bobby didn't try and talk over my head he talked simple laments terms that a nonplumber could understand and ask questions on. He also gave me options to choose from as well instead "this is what you need" type of conversation. I would recommend Patriot Plumbing to anyone!

I needed the pipes under my sink to be replaced. Later found out our pipes were also clogged. The plumber Chris they send out was on time. Very knowledgeable and courteous. Would definitely recommend this company.

Highly recommend Patriot plumbing! Older home had leak through garage that 3 other services could not detect point of origin. Chris did an initial assessment , then called in his partner for a second consult to ensure scope of project was accurate before communicating multiple issues discovered.

Worked with us to keep focus on our budget AND secure most important issue first. Always communicated what would happen ( noise, areas they would need to access, amount of time on site,) prior to starting any work. Professional, polite, timely, and CLEANED areas throughout the process, so we never had issues once they left. For any issues that may arise in the future, we will definitely call Patriot!

Water heater is not producing hot water. I called patriot in the morning they showed up after noon. The tech said wire was loose and he fixed it and didn’t even charge me. Thank you for your kindness. I really appreciate and I highly recommend this company.

Chris came through on an emergency repair 24 after I called and did excellent work!
Fixed a cracked sewer line, and then while he was doing work I discovered a broken fresh water line (the house was in the process of having the foundation lifted) and he knocked it out day of, no problem! As well, he did it all with a personable quality, and great affordable price.

Cant forget to mention the honesty and integrity of this company! I can’t recommend them enough.

I liked that I received a text when the technician was on route. Bobby Herrera was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and explained the cost involved, giving us the military discount. He explained what he was doing, and we were so relieved to have running water again! He checked a few other concerns I had, and we will be working with him again after the first of the year.

True professionals! Patriot Plumbing knows EXACTLY what they are doing and their customer service is absolutely top-notch. They schedule you quickly, set a time not a 3-4 hour window, then call ahead to give you a GPS time to your location. Bobby was so knowledgeable and professional. Expertly installed our reverse-osmosis water filter, installed a separate line for our fridge then made sure our chimney and water softener were good to go after our move-in. Reasonable and upfront pricing and no sales pitch. I WILL use Patriot Plumbing in the future. Great company!!
