Logan personally answered the phone when we called since his receptionist was on vacation. We told him we had an emergency water heater break and water was everywhere, and his team showed up within an hour. Everything was fixed immediately, efficiently, and effectively. We couldn’t be happier with their customer service, quick response time, and knowledgeable quality workmanship.

Blue Bonnet Plumbing is a company I fully appreciate and stand behind. I was informed when they were on the way (on time). Skylar came to my aid by fixing a leak that compromised my hose bib and toilet. He explained to me my best options, was able to fix the leak, and left me feeling completely relieved. We had a very pleasant young plumber named Logan who fixed the broken seal on our toilet. He was super fast and did a great job. He explained everything that he was going to do, then did it. I didn’t track his time but it seemed like he was in and out in about half an hour. We were very pleased and will recommend Bluebonnet plumbing to everyone looking for a plumber. They were recommended to us by our neighbor. Our neighbor is also very happy with them.
Update: This week Skyler put in a new toilet for us because the old one had a crack in the porcelain. They had to come back out today, because our old hot water heater started leaking all over the garage. These guys can do it all. And they are so nice about everything. Very polite and they work hard and make all of problems go away! Logan came to finish the job so we got to visit with him for a minute. These guys are licensed plumbers and VERY knowledgeable.
