This was the first time we used Bluebonnet. We selected them because they are locally owned by people who have lived in San Antonio their entire lives. We had never been happy with other services and were pleasantly surprised how really nice it was to work with them. From our initial call to a very nice woman who took our information, we felt that we had made the right choice. The men who came to fix our problem were very courteous and friendly. They provided us with an estimate that we felt was very fair and competitive based on our experiences with other companies. They completed the work, cleaned their work area, and made sure that we were pleased. I will definitely use Bluebonnet again and will tell my friends and neighbors. Thank you Bluebonnet. :-)

Excellent experience with Bluebonnet Plumbing installing a new kitchen faucet and repairing two toilets. Logan and Luke are professional, polite, and first rate plumbers. I highly recommend Bluebonnet Plumbing!

Work completed. Leak remained. Experience over the phone and interaction with crew was professional and courteous however cost seemed over priced and when I returned and saw that the leak still seemed to occur, I was very unhappy. I called the number and since there is no after-hours response, I left my name and number. We have two choices (1) allow the leak to flow out over night and pay for wasted water or (2) shut off the water and do without until Bluebonnet responds and fixes the leak they should have fixed in the first place. ***update***one of the owners called me after hours, which is very uncommon. We discussed the repair, and other items related to the service and he listened patiently as I was quite upset because I thought his crew’s work fell short of my expectations (this was the 2nd service they had performed for me in a few months). He apologized and promised to make it right today. He returned today, made significant improvement to the water line, notes that the repair that was done yesterday was not the issue, there was a second small leak that they would not have seen yesterday. Bottom line: I would recommend the company for any plumbing job due to the professionalism, courtesy, honesty, and trade knowledge of every employee, and owner, that I have come into contact with. Regarding cost: you get what you pay for and the quality of Bluebonnet’s work matches the cost.

Very professional and thorough and I felt the pricing was fair. Customer service was spot on. Faucets cleared from water softener waste and new softener installed.
