Fantastic cucstomer care with Nicole. And awesome crew! Austin and his mate were courteous, efficient, clean and thorough. We’ve had 3 other plumbers here to try and figure out the situation and none of them could do it. Austin troubleshot the issue in less than an hour and cleared out the problem. Multiple services done. Camera lines, Tree root clog repair, flange repair at toilet, replumb kitchen sink. Highly recommend!

Diamond Plumbing’s Caleb Bartlett did a fine job. His installation of three bathroom faucets went quickly. Even though there was a hiccup on my (the customer) part, he went above and beyond in trying to find solutions. A solution was found and now everything is good. I would definitely use Diamond Plumbing again! They communicate very well and all the staff is very personable. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Mr Pendley and his crew member was very courteous. They were knowledgeable and expedient. They installed a strainer, drain and angle stops, faucet and they were able to give me quote, install and work me through the final inspection in minimal time.

Andy and Gavin are highly recommended from Diamond Plumbing. This is the second time they have serviced our home. First was to replace our hot water tank and this time for a leaky bathroom sink. They are very professional and their skills are top notch.

Austin with Diamond Plumbing was on time. He and his coworker put on their shoe covers without being asked.
They changed out the drain parts promptly.
Afterwards, Austin checked how long it takes the water to get hot from the Rheem Tankless Water Heater to the bathroom.
He said it should take 15 seconds, but it took almost 2 minutes.
He went to the Rheem tankless water heater and reprogrammed it. Now the water gets hot in 10 seconds.

Austin Pendley with Diamond Plumbing did an outstanding job at our home. He came out to assess a shower faucet that needed upgrading to a single-handle system, as well as a sink faucet that had become inoperable. While he was here, we decided to go ahead and have him upgrade the shower fixtures in two additional bathrooms for consistency.

Austin stayed on the job for well over eight hours, was professional the entire time, and his work is top-notch. Everything looks great and functions perfectly. Highly recommend Austin and Diamond Plumbing for any plumbing needs!

I give Caleb and his coworkers 5 plus stars. He was friendly. Professional, experienced, and kept me informed at all times. I have had several appointments with Diamond and they have never disappointed me! They took care of my problem very quickly! They will always be my first call for plumbing! Had to have my bathtub replace. It was done quick, he ran checks to make sure it was done correctly and any mess was cleaned up before Dillon left. I would happily use Diamond Plumbing again.

We had a leak with our water heater, called Diamond Plumbing, customer service was professional and Dillion Garcia came out the same day and replaced our water heater. They arrived on time and installed new heater. I highly recommend their services.

The teams of Diamond Plumbing are outstanding! Communications with us, the city and other members of their team were smooth- clear and efficient. They problem solved more than the original issue ( coincidental finding) of two major issues -explained the options and got right on it. Satisfied with their work, pricing and work ethics.

Company was very professional, provided tracker to allow me to know how far they were from home. Adapted and modified existing plumbing for three sinks... Probably total time less than an hour.

As for price, they were over 4x more expensive than I normally pay my normal vendors (however they were unavailable)... So that did hurt, but I do know it was completed and done quickly.

Easy way to pay invoice. I would recommend this plumbing company if in a pinch.

Diamond technicians Chris and Chapa were very professional and courteous. Both Techs took their time to investigate the issues with our plumbing system. They were able to identify the issue and forward their findings to our builder for repairs. These gentlemen were superb. I highly recommend Diamond Plumbing. Very dependable and reliable.

Caleb did a phenomenal job of quickly diagnosing the issue (garbage disposal) and offering me a replacement with warranty and providing the estimate cost of front. He also replaced the part and was able to complete all the work within the hour. Amazing efficiency from Caleb on this work!

Both technicians were great. They were very courteous and performed all the tests to make sure where the leak occurred. The problem has been resolved. They are a great team
