The young men were friendly & efficient & went above & beyond to help me correct the setting on my water heater to help speed up the water heating process. I appreciate them very much.

Dillon and his partner came twice, once to fix a leak at the meter site and the second to replace the pressure valve outside. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. The person I spoke with on the phone was also friendly and accommodating to my time constraints and knowledgeable with all my questions. Total class act.

Very pleased with the work and professionalism. Chris particularly was honest, upfront, and accommodating. I was extremely happy that the prices quoted were exactly the prices charged, and were very reasonable overall. They were also quick to schedule and able to work swiftly but exactingly. Been bouncing between plumbing companies for a long time because it's hard to find a good one, but I will now definitely use them again.

Caleb was fantastic. He came fir a simple toilet flapper fix on my new home but he went the extra mile when I asked him a water pressure question for the high pressure hose I bought. He explained it to me and then checked my water pressure. He was friendl, personable and knowledgeable.

2nd time I had to call because the water softner is leaking from the drain pipe... Came loose and shot water all over my outlet and garage... Also Caleb came and did a horrible job, seems like he just re-cut the tube and reinserted the tube. He also tried to plug into the electrical outlet that I told him the water softner shot water all over... Even after servicing the water softner, he didn't re-program the water softner.

The entire crew did a great job! Chris, Jimmy and Trinidad were true professionals. They waited all day until the utility locators showed up. When the locators were done, they wasted no time in fixing my problem. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, professionalism and the quality work they provided. Y'all are the best!

David and Jack were very friendly and professional and took care of my plumbing issues quickly .

Plumber was excellent. Courteous and professional. Told and showed him my shower and having a dripping problem. He inspected it and gave me a free estimate. I excepted it the price to fix my problem. Came back within an hour with the things to fix it. Tested for leaks and it was good. Told me it had 90 day guarantee. Was nice enough to answer questions. I highly recommend them for plumbing problems.

Thank you Thank you so much City Base Plumbing and Joseph for coming out quickly to solve my drain issues. Joseph was very professional and explained what he was doing and what the issue was. Our kitchen was just renovated in December and unfortunately the plumbing was not done correctly. He was able to find the issue and get it taken care of. There is some tweaking needing to be done still on the previous work but my drain is clear. We will definitely be coming back to correct the other issues. Done quickly, efficiently, and no mess oh and very affordable.

Free Estimate. Great service both on the phone and in person. Was told they would text between 1-3 and at 1pm they were on their way. David and Joseph showed up saw what I needed and gave me a reasonable price. I said yes and they answered all the questions I had about this job and other jobs I might need done in the future. They didn’t try to sell me work just said how they would do future projects and how they had done other past projects to give me an idea and relieve any concerns. Turned the water back on and waited to make sure the job was done right. I had a million questions and they answered them all from several possible ways to complete this job and why they chose the way they did to how much they liked working for the company. It wasn’t a forced answer. They like working for this company which means I got great service at a great price from people who care about the work they do for a company they work for.

Recently I had to get my tankless water heater replaced, and these guys did a fantastic job.

They didn't have any kind of assessment fees which was amazing, and they were extremely nice and responsive.

They also had people to assist with the electrical portion of the installation, and he was also extremely kind and didn't try to scam us like most other electricians in the city try to do.
