My water heater wasn't working, so I called City Base Plumbing. They had 2 techs out in less than half an hour. Joseph and Xavier were able to quickly diagnose and repair my water heater. Life savers!!!

I called City Base Plumbing and a couple of other plumbing companies and City Base was fair in their price for what we needed. We had to have 3 gas lines replaced and I was able to get a reasonable price from them.
We were set up with Joseph who was great! Very polite, punctual with time and explaining whatever work needed to be done and so forth. He was respectful of the property as well, opening and closing of the gates and doors which seems small but we noticed lots of company employees don't share that courtesy. 😅
Overall, we would definitely go with city base plumbing with any other needs we have in the future. Like I mentioned, Joseph was great and hope to have him service any future work.

David and Javi were very professional. They were on time, efficient, and completed the job with confidence. David and Javi listened when I explained SAWS notified me of a leak. They located the source of the leak with ease. Overall, great experience for my second time calling on CBP for plumbing help.

Received quick service , their app told me when to expect, when tech was on the way and he was done within 30 mins. And he caught my dog!

I have said this before but will say it again, the office personnel is excellent! The tech John was on time friendly, fast and extremely knowledgeable! Our go to for all our plumbing needs. Super reasonable and great all the way around! What was supposed to be a 2 hr job turned into a 7hr job and we are thrilled he found this problem! We knew there was an issue but where? Well, he found it and we are so happy!

David DeLeon and his co-worker was our techs. They did a real good job and making sure our garbage disposal was tight and making sure one of our drains to our Master bedroom bathroom was clear in the tub. He also found maybe a pin hole in the expansion coming from somewhere so he did change it safely! I would recommend David de Leon for any plumbing needs and city base plumbing for all your needs.

City Base Plumbing is the best! My mother had a huge leak under her house so I called them up and on the same day David DeLeon came to assess the situation and left a vacuum to remove all the excess water and the very next day (today) he came back with Jack Lopez and knocked it all out. They even checked for additional leaks and repaired those as well. Worth every penny! I will definitely recommend their services to anyone.

David is and was very respectful and professional. Changed the toilet wax. I am very happy with the work, David left the area very clean. Highly recommend City Base Plumbing! As far as price, well everything is high, I can't do the work any longer so I have to pay the price!

I’m a big fan of CityBase. They’ve done 4 jobs for me now ranging in size from small to large. Best pricing in San Antonio and they’ve always sent very qualified people to the job site. They put the homeowner in control of the repair decisions, offer honest advice and update the job price when needed with a lot of transparency. Great company - a real find.

I initially called City Base Plumbing in February for a pipe that burst under the house. David came out to give an estimate and said there were other issues (some of the problems I was aware of and asked about since the house is older). So I went ahead and paid for additional inspection of all plumbing. He identified other problem areas and provided estimates for the fixes. I went ahead and scheduled service repairs across three separate dates (including the purchase of a new water heater). Most of the repairs I’ve been happy with. I’ve only had issues with two items - I had a new hose bib installed because I noticed it was leaking a bit and asked about it getting replaced when David initially came out. The part had a 90 day warranty. I also had new shower valves installed for each of my restrooms. I had to call about the plumber’s glue unsticking so they came out the next day to fix. One of the faucets was/is crooked. However, the plumber’s glue needs to get fixed again because it’s coming off the wall. I will say that the customer service was great, people were responsive when needed, and everyone was friendly. EDIT: Angel and David came back out to fix the two mentioned issues on 6/16. Everything is good now. Thank you!

Joseph and Jack did a great job. They installed a toilet that I bought and after they installed it they turned on the water and it had a long hairline crack in it. They said that if I could return it they would make a second trip to install the replacement and they did. Lesson learned. Don't buy on your own, buy from City Base Plumbing. I have a little less in my pocket but that's my fault. Job well done by Joseph andJack

This repair which was in the area of 1500.00 will now prevent additional wood or structural damage. Dealing with an older home and lead pipes can make any issue with the plumbing a major issue!

Mr. Jack Lopez, and his assistant showed up in a timely manner and were very helpful in changing my water heater to an upgraded version. They took the time and explained about maintenance every year to prevent my water heater from going out, followed by took the time to make sure no leaks were there before they left. Plumbers were very clean, and no trash was left behind. Mrs. Marisol was very informative in keeping me in the loop and status on every step since my water heater was being changed through warranty. Great job City Base Plumbing! Great Customer Service! Keep up the great work!
