Exceptional Water Heater Service by Two Outstanding Plumbers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with two exceptional plumbers, David De Leon and his colleague. From the moment they arrived, they demonstrated professionalism, punctuality, and a genuine commitment to excellence.
Their transparency and willingness to answer all our questions made the process smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was their attention to detail and respect for our home. Their expertise and courteous demeanor made a potentially daunting task feel effortless. I highly recommend these two professionals to anyone in need of plumbing services. Excellent Service - EVERYTIME. I had several faucets replaced, toilet parts replaced, and outdoor spigot (requiring crawl space effort). I was very impressed with Joseph and Richard. Their craftsmanship and quality, and efficient work are exceptional. Not even a sigh on the crawl space duty! I highly recommend City Base and will be asking for these excellent plumbers by name for the next project. Their office staff is wonderful too! Very pleasant professionals and always willing to help schedule me in. :-)

City Base is hands down was great. Scheduled an appointment for an estimate was a breeze. Great communication, answered all my questions. Joseph arrived on time and assessed the issue, explained the repair and it was completed. I would highly recommend and will be calling in the future if needed.

City Base Plumbing is prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, reasonably priced. Marisol took our call and sent up a plumber to assess the problem. We purchased our own garbage disposal and Rigoberto did an excellent job of quickly installing it. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I had a clogged sewer drain and they were able to clear it within two hrs of me calling.
They used a camera to show me I have roots in my line and you know what that means . I will use them for the major work ahead and post the final outcome.

I had a clog in my water main clogging up my toilet and shower. Joseph came the same day I called and fixed it for reasonable price, very respectful and nice guy.

David and Javi were great and professional. They showed up in the time frame they stated they were going to be here. They took the time to look at every area I advised them I wanted work done. Gave me an itemized brake down costs and repairs. Very professional and knowledgeable.

Parked in the driveway, i walked from my car and noticed a puddle of water between the two houses. It was running like someone left the faucet on. City Base arrived within two hours. Kind, respectful and communicative is how I can best describe the servicemen that arrived and fixed the issue.

It took one call, most courteous professional lady on the phone, she was able to schedule the service and make me smile. Plumbers came out, David and Jake, worked like a team should. Cared about my house, treated me with respect and man did they know what they were doing. One look, they started to work and leak repaired to last forever. Quality work not just a bandaid. Jack and Javi arrived on time, they were polite and professional. I explained what was happening with my washer, they did an assessment and noticed several things that were a problem. Once they fixed those problem areas and ran a spin test they noticed another problem. They explained what was happening and the cause. Another procedure was done, they fixed the problem area, ran a final spin test, all was clear and working as before the problem occurred.

The guys were absolutely amazing. Very respectful and helpful. Explained everything, took their time to ensure I understood the mechanics and rationales; their knowledge was very insightful. Respectful of property and very efficient.

I was pleasantly helped by Marcos and Jonah today and the experience was amazing. They arrived promptly upon time quoted and answered all my questions including some that were not related to my current issue. They were very efficient and quick on finding the issue with my clogged drain and fixed it. They were very friendly and respectful with all my questions and concerns. Joseph and Jeff were sent out the same day. They promptly triaged the water noise I was hearing and changed out the outside hose faucet after finding the leak. I also, asked them if they could remove a sprinkler head that I was not able to remove from the hose. I love it when you hire someone and they present with manners, respect and the ability to go above and beyond.

David Delon and his assistant Javi were very professional.
