John Lozano and Caleb Durham were fantastic! They replaced my water heater quickly and got everything up to code. They cleaned everything up and left my garage spotless. Great work!

We had unusual water usage on our water bill and couldn’t find any source of a leak. Tyler came out and found the problem quickly and explained everything in detail. He was very thorough, knowledgeable, and offered options to help prevent future issues! Great experience with Tyler and Reliant plumbing!

Pipe fix. We had a loose pipe in the wall and Austin came and repaired it. Austin went above and beyond to make sure that everything was warranty correctly he was professional and informative.

John Lozano and Caleb Durham did a great job of fixing our water leak. They were not only efficient but very professional and did the job well.
They explained what needed to be done before starting and checked everything after the repairs were complete.

I don’t usually write reviews like this but my recent excellent experiences with Reliant Plumbing have caused me to reconsider. Over a period of several days I had the pleasure of interacting with John, Steve, Westley, Jason, and Caleb as they performed troubleshooting and repair of a natural gas leak under a good friend’s house. They were all very pleasant and professional in their efforts. Good job Reliant. Keep up the good work.

When I was in need in a hurry they responded. I’ve been through a lot of plumbers in the past 3 years with the same problem but Jason O came and actually diagnosed my problem with a solution to fix it. Tomorrow they will be back at my home to with that solution. Jason O was very knowledgeable and kind with honesty. Thank y’all so far for the help!

I had an unexpected electrical and plumbing issue occur the other day. I had multiple companies come out to my home to give me an assessment. Ultimately, I decided to give this company a try because I felt that they were the most knowledgable and they were able to break down the issue where I could understand. The techs that came to my home were extremely polite and professional. I am very weary of having strangers in my home, but their employees made me feel at ease. Thank you for being able to resolve my issue as well as being affordable. Moving forward, I would definitely be using this company for my electrical and plumbing issues and I would recommend to everyone that is having electrical and plumbing problems.

Man what can I say about this company and my service technician Eddie. OUTSTANDING, service, professionalism, scope of knoweledge, and ability to troubleshoot and diagnose were simply the GOLD standard of industry. EDDIE'S ability to effectively communicate, coordinate and execute a game plan that promptly and efficiently troubleshot and diagnosed the problem I had should be practiced and taught by all others who want to be a leader and at the top of the service industry. From solving the problem, which wasn't even the water heater directly, and repairing the issue at hand, EDDIE performed his duty with courtesy and respect for the customer, keeping me apprised of his progress and educating me along the way EDDIE'S demeanor and charisma has made him my permanent go to guy for all my need plumbing. EDDIE'S effective and efficient resolution to my service call prompted me to have him perform an additional maintenance operation, that I was more than happy to oblige, especially since I didn't even have to replace my existing water heater. This gentleman and the company he works for saved me from being overcharged and saved me money in the future by doing effective and common sense preventative Maitenance that he thoroughly explained and educated me through his whole process, I most highly recommend this company and EDDIE for any and all needs plumbing.
