Reached out to ASAP, plumbing and remodeling through our American Home Shield warranty contract due to a backed up AC drain in our upstairs bathroom that was causing our sink to backup and overflow. Moses came in and knocked it out of the park. He drilled out the AC drain connected to our upstairs hallway bathroom. Made sure that it was free and clear of all debris and sludge and the sink is running like new again with no backup or drainage delay. Appreciate all the hard work and effort in making sure that the job was completed right the first time. Thanks Moses!

Asap #2 deserves 0 stars, or even negative stars. Well, at least they got the #2 in their company name correct.

Issue 1: My job was a part of a home warranty claim, which supposedly pays Asap #2 a pretty low rate. Asap tries compensating for their profit margin by charging customers for add-ons w/ egregious costs.

They tried charging me $400 to access (dig around) my water pressure regulator valve. After I appealed showing the valve was fully accessible (as verified by another plumber), they claimed the adjacent pipes didn't have enough access. I asked for their company's official requirements for "access" charges, and they didn't have any. Once I told Asap I'd dig it myself, I called Fidelity and told them I need requirements to ensure I didn't have to pay the "access" fee. The Asap technician made up requirements on the spot; what a joke! The kicker was that when they finished the job, so much dirt caved into the access box that it was no longer accessible for me.

Issue 2: They intentionally installed an improper downgraded water pressure regulator. I fought tooth-and-nail w/ both Asap and Fidelity over it. Neither company could justify the decision, but there was little I could do because they're in cahoots together.

Issue 3: They improperly installed the access box. It not only became a big tripping hazard, but they installed it literally under my HOA's sidewalk. After they refused to remedy it, I had to dig it out, dig a new hole, and replace the box. I couldn't hold Asap responsible because Fidelity paid them.

Upon escalating multiple times, they refused to address any of my concerns. Attached are pics of their terrible workmanship.

Please be cautious when dealing with this company, which is contracted by American Home Shield. My experience with their customer service has been extremely disappointing. They installed a brand-new water heater in my home that arrived with visible dents, and they have since refused to take responsibility for the issue. I expected better accountability and professionalism from a company associated with a major warranty company.

Isaiah arrived on time and got to work right away. It was less nerve wrecking having someone knowing what to do versus getting a quote and have someone work on our pipes and leave it worse than what it did and Isaiah managed to undo all the damage the original company had done. Great guy and knows what he’s doing ! Highly recommend

Initially sent by american home shield to replace a stubborn shower pressure valve. Did good job. I contracted them to replace HW heater expansion tank, the PRV (pressure reducing valve) at thee main. First valve was bad so the replaced again. I contracted them to replace my irrigation pressure regulator. Good, efficient and capable folks but prices are a bit on the higher end. Maybe inflated a bit, this is why I give 4 out of 5 stars.
