We needed to identify a wet spot in our yard. Bluewave, Satx plumbing, came out the same day and identified a tree roots had cracked the PVC pipe. They used sonar equipment with minimal digging and were able to correct the problem with a sleeve. Fast, professional and conscientious service. Thanks.

The guy showed up and explained to me what he was going to do. Nice guy. I was expecting him to come back and let me know when he was finish, give me a report and maybe an invoice. I had some place to go, but I was waiting for him. I had looked outside once and his truck was running. I figured he was doing paperwork. So, I went and sat back down to wait for him to ring my doorbell. After a while I looked outside again and he was gone. He never came to tell me he was done, or what the results of the test were or bring me any paperwork or anything. I was sitting there waiting for him, not knowing he was gone. That was unusual. But otherwise it was a fine experience.

AVOID SATEX Plumbing Inc! They took thousands of dollars from my elderly father and never sent a technician. When we followed up, they claimed their technician had COVID and promised a refund. It’s been over a week, and my father still has not received his money back. Very dishonest and untrustworthy company.

Satex came out to find a leak. They quickly located it and fixed the problem. They were great! Jesse and Kris were professional and did a great job. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other companies.

SAWS installed a new digital meter and we noticed a large water usage (5 gals/hr). We were worried about it a leak so called SATEX. They promptly responded. Within 48 hrs, they sent Kris and Jesse, two highly knowledgeable and professional technicians. They did a very thorough job and turns out the water meter is likely the culprit. The water softener was empty and Kris even filled it back up with salt I had next to it. These guys are legit and I highly recommend them to anyone. This is a veteran-owned company and they provide a huge discount to our fellow veterans. From one veteran to another, we appreciate all you do! We have a new plumbing service for life now!

I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. I experienced a water leak at the main on/off valve located on my side of the SAWS meter. I contacted the company after 9:00 pm, and they scheduled an appointment for the following day. Jesse assessed the issue, and both he and Kris completed the repair the next day. Team work - from the receptionist that took my late evening call to the two plumbers that fixed the leak-they were prompt, courteous, and cost-effective.

Wonderful experience! The team was very communicative and friendly through the whole process and I felt extremely confident that my leak would be found and repaired appropriately. We needed leak detection and shopped around and Satex had the best pricing. Our tech was Kristian, who was able to detect and fix an underground leak quickly. Was also super nice, informative and professional. We’ve dealt with some companies where we felt like we were being taken advantage of, but this was a fantastic experience. Will use again and would recommend.

Excellent service. Kris came out and performed a leak detection for us and he identified a fill valve in one of the toilets that had a very very small leak (which was nevertheless enough to show up on the water meter). He was super friendly and professional about explaining everything he was doing and ultimately very helpful. I don't even deduct points in this review for him admitting that he is a NY Yankees fan. Kris & SATEX are awesome and I would absolutely use them again. 10/10, highly recommend - this is exactly the kind of company you want to deal with when you have any kind of plumbing/irrigation/leak-related issue.
