I reached out to Casanova Plumbing about a leaky and noisy booster pump that could have failed at any moment. Scheduling was easy. They were able to work around my schedule and they came out quickly to diagnose the issue. The job was done so fast, my family didn't even notice the water was shut off. Adrian made sure he didn't leave until all my questions were answered. I will be using Casanova again.

With such a low bar in San Antonio in the construction industry, Casanova Plumbing has raised that bar exponentially. Jacob and his employees are above and beyond board in their work professionally and their prices are not only competitive but also fair. They thoroughly explained everything before the work at hand. I had an Emergency gas leak and CPS locked my gas meter. Casanova plumbing not only sent someone out within the hour but it was a free estimate and he was so helpful. They got to work same day and stayed late that first day locating the leak. I would 100 percent recommend them to any of my family or friends. They got everything fixed and inspected within the week and I had my gas back on by Monday. I can not express enough gratitude for Casanova plumbing and their employees. I am a single mom of teenagers so money is tight and he worked with me on pricing as well. I just can not thank them enough.

I called Jacob after receiving a quote from a previous company that had de-clogged the pipes and did a camera inspection the repair was going to be outrageously high in price. My parents are on a fixed income as I explained to Jacob and not only did he take this into consideration by agreed to do another inspection at no costs, he and his team headed out by Adrian Vega was able to replace the broken pipe and complete the job in 5 days at a reasonable amount that was affordable. thank you again Casanova Plumbing!!!

WOW!! That is how I would describe Casanova Plumbing. We had a plumbing leak outside, after hours, on a Friday night. Without hesitation, Adrian said he would be right over to take care of it. They worked on the problem until they got it fixed which was close to midnight. On top of that, they came with GREAT attitudes and were professional. We had an issue with our water pressure after SAWS came and updated there meters. I called Jacob and he knew right away what the problem was. When Adrian arrived at the house he explained everything to wife. The next morning Adrian fix the issues with no problems and our water was back to normal. I just had both plumbers -Adrian and Juan fix my shower leak. It was located in the upstairs shower and they replaced my faucet. They also fixed the leak in the pipe, which was causing the main problem with a brand new pipe. They were very polite and went right to work. They explained and showed me what had to be done. I am happy to report that I finally have my shower leak taken care of. I am glad that I asked my AC guys with Premier Comfort Solutions for a plumber recommendation.
