The Plumbing Experts that visited my home were professional, extremely knowledgeable, timely, and great communicators. They arrived 10 min early, explained the leak detection process in great detail, and explained each test they performed during the leak detection process. They also taught me how to read the new electronic meter that was recently installed by the Water Company for the city meter. I could not be happier with this company and there group of detection specialist.

This company is great to work with. I will be recommending them to anyone that has plumbing issues. I was referred to them and I cannot say anything but great things about them. They came out in a timely manner & located the broken pipes. They then came out and tunneled under my home 35' and repaired the lines in a very timely manner. The crew were very polite and courteous. Josh was my point of contact and he was great to work with and good with communicating what was going on each day. Fabulous company to work with.

The first visit was a free estimate of the plumbing job I needed. They were on time and completed the estimate quickly. When they came back to do the work they showed up on time and completed the job quickly, efficiently. I definitely recommend this company.

For a major leak problem under the slab of my Mom's house this company was the best service you could ask for. Nice people who know what they are doing! Also their estimate was by far the most affordable. They were completely professional in every aspect of the job with great attention to detail, and I have to say very kind also to my Mom who was a bit stressed by the whole problem. We had a water leak at our home, Accurate responded promptly, identified the problem and solved it in a couple of hours! Note, another company had already misdiagnosed the problem, which would have cost me big time, had I stayed with them! Accurate saved me from what could have been an extremely expensive mistake!

We recently ran into a situation with a water leak at our preschool. After I determined that the leak was outside of the building and not a toilet/faucet/etc, we called Accurate Leak and Line out. Their employees were some of the most professional, patient, and courteous that I've worked with in quite a while. In our case, the leak ended up being difficult to pinpoint because of the depth of our water line, the material that it was laid in, and the thickness of our parking lot concrete. Eventually, the owner (who came out multiple times himself to diagnose) and I made the collective decision to replace our water line. This wasn't an easy decision to make, but it was the right one considering all of the circumstances. Replacement was a 4 day job because of the length of the line, and the Accurate Leak and Line team along with the excavation and trenching team that they brought in did a great job to ensure that the work area was safe and that there was minimal interruption to our customers. The work was timely and done correctly. I would absolutely recommend their services and will use them again if I run into a similar situation in a residential or commercial scenario.

Accurate Leak and Line found the leak quickly during their visit and was able to repair my leak with no issues when they returned for the follow up.

Developed a slab leak in our home this past week. Fortunately we caught it very early. We contacted Accurate Leak and Line and were scheduled within two days.

They arrived and completed the job the same day with no damage to the exterior or interior walls for the reroute. Extremely reasonable cost for all the work that was done. Our area was cleaned before they left.

I have nothing but high praise for this group of individuals from Monica who took my phone calls to Josh the supervisor and Haddon and Hartley for their honesty. This team were very friendly, professional and extremely thorough with their work process. These days it is not common to find such honesty and integrity in a company anymore.

The techs were extremely tenacious in tracking down and fixing my leak. They found that my soft water lines in the yard were piecemealed together with dissimilar piping materials by a fly by night installer decades ago and not up code. Newly installed main and soft water piping were insulated and electronically tagged so that the piping could be identified without invasive methods for any future necessity. They are quite good at what they do! I do recommend this company!

Very honest people and they did a great job with a small plumbing project in my house and charged me a reasonable price that other well known plumbing companies quotes were tripling the price. I definitely hired them again to fix my underground plumbing. They did a fantastic job and I didn't have to get a second mortgage to pay for it. If you need plumbing work call them. They are honest with their fees and won't overcharge you like other well known companies on TV were charging ridiculous fees to pay for their TV advertising.

From the first phone call to the final handshake, my experience with this company was beyond reproach!! I called Accurate Leak and Line about a mysterious leak that SAWS had notified me about via email. Monica (what an angel) was my initial contact, answered my many, many, many questions and, very importantly, made me feel at ease. It can be a nightmare trying to choose a company that has standards that match your own, and Monica's knowledge and demeanor aided in my decision to "pull the trigger." She offered me an appointment sooner than I thought I could get. On the appointment day of my choosing, She notified me that they were on the way, which was greatly appreciated. Upon arrival, I was greeted pleasantly and professionally by two gentlemen, Haddon and Hartley, who were eager to begin working. They thoroughly explained their methods and answered every single question that I asked and then immediately got to work. Howdy. This was the third company that I solicited to determine the root cause of the leak detected by my water company. I wish they were the first. This is the most competent, respectful, and professional plumbing service that I have ever dealt with as a homeowner. They arrived on time. Diagnosed accurately (the first time). And gave me a no-pressure offer to conduct the repairs themselves or to outsource it. There aren’t enough positive expressions of words in my vocabulary to express what a fantastic job Accurate Leak and Line did while replacing our sewage line! From the time of first contact with Josh to completion, the entire process was seamless and completely stress-free. (Josh obtained the permit and arranged for the inspection which, when done, passed without a hitch). We live in a 100+ year old home and the cast iron pipes underneath the house and clay sewage line were the original (what was left of them). Josh’s team (Fernando, Mike, Hadden, Eric and others on the job) worked together like a finely oiled machine and all were very pleasant and respectful. Josh checked in daily and kept us apprised of the timing of each next step (A++ for communication throughout). Fernando went above and beyond when replacing the flange for the toilet as it needed to be re-positioned (not done correctly when originally installed) replacing a portion of the wood that was compromised from moisture, then carefully glued back the vinyl tile in that area. The excavation crew led by Gustavo worked steadily and efficiently, and despite needing to dig under concrete-like rocks and slate, they were meticulous in assuring that the dug-up dirt was well arranged on our lawn and covered with a plastic tarp during the time it took to finish the trench and lay the new pipe. At the time of job completion (from beginning to end it only took about 5 days), the excavation crew returned to remove the dirt and re-apply the gravel that was on our parking landing pad. Overall, we experienced excellent customer service, very little household disruption, no associated damage, total peace of mind throughout the whole process, and OUTSTANDING skill and expertise in getting the job done. For the amount of work effort required, we felt that the cost was very reasonable, especially for the high-quality result. Highly recommend without reservation!
