ACCURATE LEAK was quick to come to our aid when I thought we had a big leak about which SAWS notified us. They quickly diagnosed the issue and added no extra charge! Will certainly call them first in the future!!!!

Every one I worked with was professional & polite. Even though they had to fix it around the holidays, it didn't take too long to fix. Would use them again if needed (hopefully not anytime soon lol)

I had a "mystery" leak under our pier and beam house. Unable to locate the leak myself, I called Accurate Leak and Line. They were able to locate the leak quickly with their equipment and scheduled the repair right away. They were able to fix the problem the very next day. All of their technicians were professional and problem solvers. I greatly appreciate the work that they did. They went above and beyond to make sure everything had been fixed. Not all plumbing companies do this. I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line if you have a major plumbing issue in or around your home.

From initial estimate to finished job the whole process was professional and friendly. Having a comple sewer line replaced seemed very daunting but the job was completed in a couple of days as promised. Permits and inspections were scheduled on time - no delays. Very thorough, communication was great and crew was courteous, responsive and respectful. Highly recommended- and I was comfortable with the price which was way less the other bids.

Our plumber, Michael, was professional, knowledgeable, and easygoing. He did an amazing job repairing the leaking pipe. He found several issues when he removed the exterior bricks. Michael discovered an electrical issue that needed to be repaired; it was a fire risk. He advised that an electrician would be recommended. Michael did an exceptional job with his masonry skills. The exterior wall looks great. He kept us informed at all times. I had three plumbers come out to the house for the leaking pipe. Accurate Leak & Line was the only company to investigate the problem thoroughly. We will never have to look for another plumbing company again.

Accurate Leak and Line did an excellent job replacing the drain pipes and main sewer line on my pier and beam home. Of all the companies that offered possible solutions and cost estimates, Accurate Leak and Line's proposal had the lowest price and the least amount of disruption to the house and yard. With a 100-year-old house that has been through some makeshift repairs in its long history, I know the technicians ran into multiple challenges. I was impressed that they finished the work on time (within five days) and accommodated all my requests. All members of the team were knowledgeable and courteous, and I'm so grateful to have this project done!

It would be easier to just say their service was fast, reliable & professional... that's what everyone expects to read in reviews. But Jason (? I lost his card) was thorough & confident as well. Replaced main waterline. Haddon, Mike, Eli and Leonardo were respectful and careful with removing the rock landscaping in order to dig trench. Good communication when water would be turned off and when SAWS inspector would be coming to sign off. Once inspected the trench was filled in, rocks replaced and area cleaned up. As per the estimate no additional costs or unexpected surprises. I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line for waterline repair/replacement.
