We couldn’t figure out where the leak we had was coming from, and after several days gave up and reached out to Satex Plumbing. Kristian was able to quickly locate it and fix the underground leak. Kristian is very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Other plumbing companies and individuals we’ve dealt with in the past haven’t been trustworthy, but this was a night and day experience compared to them. Joel has a great company and staff! Will use again and highly recommend!

After reaching out to 5+ companies to get quotes for leak detection, we went with Kris at SATEX and couldn't be happier. They charged a flat rate of $199, most of the places I checked with charged an hourly rate, with a minimum number of hours that was higher than their flat rate, or a flat rate of $600+.
SaTex was the cheapest by far for the identification and were clearly experts at what they do.

Kris was able to find our leak within an hour and fixed it same day. It was really impressive watching him work to identify the leak. He was picking up on things we have never noticed and his first guess was correct! Once identified, he was honest about what the problem was and gave us 2 options of how to fix it at different price points.

I will be calling Kris again for any future plumbing needs!

Satex arrived promptly to repair a leak at my water meter. They were incredible cordial, professional, and didn't even charge us to assess the damage like other companies did. They were in and out in less than 2 hours and their pricing was surprisingly affordable. Other companies wanted to charge us three times the amount for a simple pipe repair. Satex will be the company that we always go with from now on!
