I had ASAP Plumbing Service out specifically tech Moses. The office did a good job of letting me know when the tech would be out and he did arrive on time. I was glad he didn't rush threw since I had a few issues. The main issue though was a yard leak no other company was able to take the time and find! Moses was able to find it an make a temporary repair then got me back on the schedule. The final repair was made and I haven't had any issues since 🙌🏿. All an all I had a great experience and would highly recommend Moses and ASAP to anyone who needs quality and affordable plumbing work.

Left us with more problems than they solved. Hired to change angle stops. Two sinks and ice maker - quote was $844. We let the tech to cut into our new kitchen cabinets to change the angle stops, he said he can do it and there will ne no extra cost. Well that didn’t happen. Pipe got destroyed and he asked for $388 more to cut into the wall to fix it. What kind of business practices does this company have? Force us to pay more so our home doesn’t flood due to the technicians fault? If the job is too risky then just don’t do it. The water was shut down from 1pm to 8:30pm for entire condo complex. It took them hours to fix the pipe and the end result is janky (they took out the threads so they just shoved in the pipe using the putty) to say the least and something we don’t feel confident about. Not only that, they didn’t have basic tools like dremel and used my husband’s own. What’s worse is that our neighbors had issues with their plumbing afterwards and we have to fix it. There’s a bunch of debris in the hot water supply so neighbors complained about the water flow not to mention ours was bad too. We were cleaning the house till 2am, also my husband has to put all the plumbing back together as the technicians just left it after dismantling it. Our white kitchen sink now has brown spots that doesn’t come off. We just wanted to prepare our home for our baby to come to but in the end result caused more issues not only to ourselves but our neighbors as well. We ended up not going forward with the ice maker and paid $616 for a job that will require further work so we don’t flood ourselves or our neighbors.

Oh by the way - they caused a fire when they played with the blowtorch. Impact wrench should also not be used on old galvanized pipes either as the power of it cause debris to clog the pipes, something we now have to fix not only for ourselves but for our neighbors too.

ASAP plumbing has done several projects for my home and they have done an amazing job! The workers are very efficient and kind. Eli helped design my shower remodel and I’m in love with it. The promptness of this company is also not like any others. There is constant communication through phone calls and text messages. I have referred them to friends of mine as well. Thanks so much ASAP.

Kris provided excellent service in regards to providing leak detection at my home. His punctuation and communication throughout the whole process was very good and he put me at ease during the whole process. I highly recommend calling Kris!

These guys, especially Kris, are the best! They fix things right, show up quickly, they don’t overcharge and they don’t create new problems! Overall, that’s a major win!

We had to replace a water softener and repair a shower handle which had broken. Kris A. came out and looked at the issues, gave us a reasonable price, and began working. Although he had a couple of unexpected problems arise, he continued the job until everything was woking perfectly.
Kris is very professional and accomplished in his approach to work. My husband and I were very satisfied with his work for us. Before leaving, he cleaned up and took away all discarded items. We will highly recommend him to friends and neighbors who may have any plumbing issues in the future.

The first red flag should've been this place having an AI "receptionist" meant to sound like a real person in an office. If the owner is too cheap to hire real people but is willing to pay for AI tech, that should say something. I was willing to overlook it because I was initially very satisfied with the service of the people who came out to help. But then then two separate people from this company completely ghosted me and to add insult to injury I come to find out they partially messed up on the work they did do and now I'm having to find a new company to fix their work and hopefully actually answer.

Joel Stolarski started this business 25 years ago. He does honest work and has grown to about 30 employee's but still puts out a quality product. Great company!

If there was a way to give less than a one star rating I would. They were doing work outside of a place of business and ruined the hood of my car and my front window. This car still has paper tags on it and is brand new, when I called them to send someone to look at it the man they sent "Robert Gonzales" was rude and not helpful at all. He tried to tell me it was normal road damage. It is a brand new car and no it was not. They said someone else would be calling me back and they never did. I will be filling a suit against them for the damages.

Very professional found the leak quickly and was fixed promptly I would definitely call them again if needed. Highly recommended

Carlos was very knowledgeable, patient and professional. His willingness to explain and show what he was doing was very reinsuring. I believe I have found my plumber for any future work.

The plumbers from Satex provided us with great service and even cleaned up after themselves. They were quick and the repair costs were affordable. I highly recommend them.
