So my daughter broke the washer door because she was being sassy. I’m a handy woman so I took the panel and covering off in the area where she broke a piece and looked on Amazon for the part. I didn’t want to wait or order the wrong piece so I googled an appliance parts store and boom… ROYAL Appliance came up! I was able to give the parts number/model number and they checked the inventory and didn’t have that exact part but they offered to order the part. One of the ladies in the office went and picked up the part and they called to let me know it was there and ready for pick up. I was able to replace and reassemble the washer and it’s like brand new! Amazing service! Thank you for your willingness to help!

I had repairs done on my ice-maker in my kitchen freezer and also on my clothes dryer.
Quick response on the phone, I was able to get an appointment within just a few days, technician (Courtney) showed up on time, was efficient and provided a quote for approval before work was done. Not thrilled with the price, but Courtney performed quality work and I believe the price is in line with the going rate today. I definitely recommend Royal Appliance Parts & Service for appliance work.

We've used Royal Appliance for years and years. The service, results, quality, follow-up, are all top-notch and all get 5-stars from us. Royal is the only company that we use. Tim is our favorite.

Excellent service! From the office staff to the technician everyone was friendly and professional. They perform work in a timely manner.

I had a 4 year old LG portable air conditioner that had started to ice up on the evaporator coil. Effect was reduced air flow & cooling. Called Royal Appliance as they are an authorised repair shop and told them the issue. Was told I would have a $108 diagnosis fee. Tech came and agreed with me, telling me it would need to go back to the shop. He filled the ticket with the same information. A week later the tech brought the unit back and I asked him what had been done to repair it. "It's fine; my boss ran it and nothing is wrong." I argued but there was nothing else to be done. Plugged back in and 2 hours later we have ice on the evaporator coil. Emailed a complaint to customer service and received a call later that afternoon. They saw no evidence of ice build up (odd) but agreed that there must be a leak and the repair cost would be double the cost of a new unit. That's all I needed to hear from the outset. Don't tell me there's nothing wrong where there clearly is. All I have learnt is that it is often quicker/cheaper to throw things out and replace than to repair them.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. The service person, Tim, was very knowledgable and helpful. The reception team let me know the process and what to expect and the tech arrived right on time. They made a very stressful day of not one but TWO broken appliances bearable.

When i was searching for someone to repair my oven Royal Appliance stood out with so many five star reviews. I am happy to say that i have joined the club. I made an appointment and Tim Leblanc came to my home. He was prompt and professional. He determined the problem and explained the charges. The pricing was fair and the work was done perfectly. You could not even tell he was there by the way he left the work area. I would highly recommend Royal if you need service and ask for Tim he did a great job for me.

Avoid their Services at all cost. My LG air conditioner was not working properly so i called lg. They sent royal appliances parts & Service to fix the unit. They came to my property and looked at the unit, and left. Came back 5 days later with new part, and in the process of opening the ac, broke another part in the process and left us without air conditioning. By force i had to buy another unit that I had no money to spend on! 1 Month had passed and the unit was never repaired due to excessive amount of time to repair. Clearly unacceptable!

FANTASTIC SERVICE!! Such a wonderful breath of fresh air after sub par experiences with other service companies. Austin, our service tech, was punctual, respectful, professional and KNOWLEDGEABLE. Austin diagnosed our problem, explained what he would have to do to fix, had the parts with him, and he corrected the issue quickly. Tim the service man was on time, very professional,polite and informative. Saw the problem right away and had it fixed in no time. I will definitely us them again.

My Frigidaire is under warranty. Austin repaired my freezer twice. My freezer was indicating high temperature in the freezer. Austin noticed the gasket needed heat to make a better seal. Couple months later the freezer indicated high temperature. Frigidaire was called and set up appt, w Royal again. Austin found the problem with the wiring. Austin is very knowledgeable and showed me the problems each time. (Unlike another company for my previous refrigerator) I trust Austin and Royal Appliance. Austin is friendly and knowledgeable and explained what he had to do.
I highly recommend Austin and Royal Appliance.

Setting appointment and time of repair was super fast. Machine fixed within 24 hours. Very satisfied.

Javier was a big help. He knew exactly what was wrong and how with our washer and to fix it. The office staff at Royal was also great! They were easy friendly, accommodating. Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. We were able to get an appointment the day after we contacted them.

I am not a person who usually does reviews, but I felt that my experience made a review necessary. We got the fridge repaired because it was showing a CLE code which is essentially a refrigerant leak. The technician which was very polite fixed the issue and told me to call back if for whatever reason the system wasn’t cooling. I proceeded to ask the technician if it was okay to move the appliance to my personal residence and he said that wasn’t a problem. I realized the fridge wasn’t cooling (it was cooling before repair) so I gave a call back and explained the situation. The lady on the phone said that Royal doesn’t service the Humble area ( location where the fridge was moved) and that I should call LG for further assistance. I basically told her, why should I have to call LG for a repair problem that was caused by Royal. She started being rude and raised her voice saying that I need to call LG and that they weren’t going to come out and fix their mistake. I understand that we all make mistakes but I believe that we should own up to our mistakes and make it right.

Royal was very quick to respond. Tim, my technician, explained everything during both the evaluation call and the repair. Everyone at Royal was very helpful. Regretfully, the dryer is still not working.
Royal replaced the timer and now the dryer is running like new.
