They even managed to clean my old area rugs perfectly.

The man who claimed to clean our carpets charge $172i for 2 bedrooms and a living room. He supposedly sprayed stain remover before the steam cleaning. After he finished, I told him it was worse than before he did it, and he informed me in no uncertain terms that if his machine couldn't clean it, nothing can. He made no effort whatsoever to go back over it to remove stains and essentially ignored my complaints. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T WANT YOUR CARPET TO LOOK WORSE AFTER THEY FINISH!

Deluxe carpet cleaning was really All States Duct cleaning. They immediately upsold me to deep carpet cleaning which didn’t get all the stains out, which was understandable I didn’t expect them to all come out, but I am not sure the end result was better than the basic clean I was originally quoted. I made them go over a couple spots again which helped some spots but they left dust and hair that the vacuum didn’t pick up and the edges weren’t that clean. I expected more from the deep cleaning that cost twice as much. Finally, they planned on dumping the waste water in my gutter. I was glad I was here and I asked, so I could insist they put it in the sewer. I am disappointed in how often they must be polluting by dumping the water. The carpets are cleaner, not overall didn’t feel like a great value and wasn’t the best experience.

I paid for the service and upgreaded to the $229 package and was told my carpets would be clean when they got done. I told them before the appointment that they were nasty from my daughter and her boyfriend . i was rold it was no problem. Shaun showed up to clean them and before he was done i was not happy. Shaun told me that they were as clean as they would get..(lie) i text the office before he was done and told them i was not happy and they didnt look clean. I text them several times and they did not answer. i was called the next morning by shaun and he was not helpful at all. he informed me that they were cleaned to the best he could do and didnt understand how they looked worse than when he started and said that he would give me a discount to come back out and clean them again( I guess he thought i would agree) so for the service we received i should have paid for the $99 deal . i would not suggest anyone to use this company if you want clean carpets. they dont have pride in their work or company to charge for carpet cleaning that doesnt get clean. They dumped the water and chemicals in my front yard without asking permission. I have goats that eat the grass in the front yard and i would not have allowed the dumping

I called Delux Carpet to clean my carpets. They passed the job on to a company I never heard of. This co. spoke very little English and we had a little communication problem. On the day of service, he didn’t show up at the time scheduled. The office didn’t call me to tell me his truck broke down. He came 3 hours later. Communication lacking from Delux office.

Based on the way this idiot drives and pulls a trailer...Plus the way he flicked off my wife in traffic because she wouldn’t go more than 10 over and get out of his way (sorry bro, she had two kids in the car)——I would NEVER hire this company. Ever.

Company perception is half the battle which they’ve lost horribly.

They left my carpet looking worse than before they got there and charged me more than was originally quoted. I have cats and one room had some cat litter in the carpet along with some urine. They went over it and turned the cat litter into a huge muddy grey stain and didn’t bother to try to get up any of the other stains in other parts of the house. He went over it again after I complained about it but told me it wasn’t going to come out. He didn’t seem concerned at all that he left it looking worse and didn’t offer any advice on getting the stains out. He kept telling me there was cat urine and litter. If my carpets were clean I wouldn’t have called a carpet cleaning service. I had to use my dads (non commercial) personal carpet cleaner and that got up most of the stains and made the big stain look a lot better. There is still a strong odor because the steam cleaning made the cat urine smell a lot more pronounced. Seems like something that should have been discussed before starting a job.

D&D Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct is amazing! Honest and reliable. Arrived on time and made sure to explain the process. Gave me accurate times of completion and made sure to stick around after so that he was aware of cleaning entire system! MOST ALL AFFORDABLE. I will be contacting him again for all future air duct cleaning needs.

The owner of the business is a poor communicator.and always defensive. In recent weeks the quality of the work was just atrocious with the filter not properly backwashed, the skimming wasn;t done right and the amount of chemicals being used not adequate to keep the pool clean for a full week.

Great pool service. Our guy comes once a week. He cleans and does maintence efficiently. Any repairs they have done quickly and fairly priced with warranties.

Has my pool looking like lake water ,worst customer service has yet to try to make things right with past customers I should have paid more attention to the reviews..waste of money now I’m having to pay more for their mistakes .

I have used Clearwater for years now. Everytime I call for something, Diane gets me right on the schedule and has my problem resolved within a day or a couple days. The Tech that cleans my pool is very well mannered and he makes sure to check over everything. I would not have asked for a better company.

The only reason I gave this company a 2 is due to some personal relations with them. Otherwise, I would not recommend this company to anyone. We had Steven/Stephen that cleaned our pool. There is a 11 step process, as listed on their website; however, he was here on several occasions for less than 10 minutes. My wife had spoken to him a few times about brushing, cleaning the Polaris filter, and brushing the walls. These items I found not done when I arrived home. My wife had also spoken to Diane in the office; however, this still didn't change, but she was very defensive. The last time, my wife watch Stephen and confronted him yet again; however, this time he went back and "cried" to the owner Diane. I was told by my relations there, that they would no longer be able to clean our pool due to my wife calling and complaining. WOW! Really. So I guess if you are paying $165/month, you shouldn't complain when the job was not done according to their 11-step plan. So BUYER beware...if you complain about their "pool boy", then watch out they may cancel you. We've found another company that would do everything needed for $150/month. So please use another company, as if you get Stephen/Steven, just watch him. In this case and every case, "the customer is always right", just blew out the door!
